摘要:微塑料是粒径小于5 mm的各类塑料碎片的总称。在环境领域中,微塑料污染已经成为人们的关注热点。近年来,海洋环境中微塑料污染日益严峻,其引发的生物与环境问题也备受关注。本文系统总结了海洋微塑料污染的生物效应研究进展,介绍了微塑料的定义、来源、分类、分布特征等研究现状,分析了微塑料对海洋环境中海水水质和沉积环境的影响,综述了微塑料对海洋生物的毒性效应,并基于研究进展提出了未来需关注的研究方向,以期为海洋微塑料对环境与生物的影响研究提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Microplastics is a general term for all types of plastic fragments with particle size less than 5 mm. In the field of environment, microplastic pollution has become a trending topic. In recent years, microplastic pollution in the marine environment has become increasingly serious, and the biological and environmental problems caused by it have attracted much attention. This paper reviews the research progress on biological effects of marine microplastic pollution. The definition, source, classification, and distribution characteristics of microplastics have been introduced. The effects of microplastics on marine water quality and sedimentary environment have been analyzed. Furthermore, the toxic effects of microplastics on marine organisms have been summarized. Based on the research progress, the future research directions have been proposed. Our findings provide a reference for studying the impact of marine microplastics on environment and biology.

塑料制品是采用以塑料为主要原料加工而成的各种工业、生活用品的总称, 具有使用方便、质量轻、成本低、化学性质稳定等优良的性能[1]。人类生活与塑料制品关系密切, 例如, 生活中会使用种类繁多的塑料制品, 但塑料制品在环境中自然降解需要上百年的时间。海洋微塑料以其全球广布性和危害严重性而日益受到国际社会关注, 其对海洋环境和生物的影响成为当前的研究热点。微塑料已经被联合国列为一种新型污染物, 与全球气候变化、臭氧污染、海洋酸化等并列为全球重大环境问题, 系统分析微塑料污染的环境与生物效应, 对于科学认识微塑料对海洋环境和生物的影响具有重要意义。

1 微塑料概述 1.1 微塑料定义

近年来, 因塑料制品的大量使用, 导致塑料垃圾污染愈发严重[2]。在紫外线、机械损伤和微生物降解等理化因子综合作用下, 长期存在的塑料垃圾可被降解为碎小塑料颗粒[3]。2004年, 英国Thompson教授[4]首次提出了“微塑料”的概念, 凡是粒径小于5 mm的塑料碎片即被认定为微塑料[5]。自此, 微塑料相关问题在全球范围内得到广泛的关注。

海洋中的微塑料无处不在, 其碎片小到用肉眼难以发现。因此, 微塑料又被称作为海洋中的PM2.5[6]。与大颗粒塑料相比, 微塑料更容易随着食物被海洋生物摄入, 而且塑料颗粒持续存在于海洋环境中, 致使其在海洋中不断积累。海洋中的塑料垃圾对海洋生态系统造成了严重的影响, 已经成为全球性的重大环境问题[7]

1.2 微塑料来源分析

微塑料主要源于塑料垃圾, 按其产生途径可以分为两类: 初级微塑料和次级微塑料[8]。初级微塑料是指生产出来粒径就处于微米级别的塑料产品, 例如个人护理用品中的塑料微珠、用于喷砂过程中的塑料微粒等[9]; 次级微塑料指塑料制品随着时间的推移, 在风力、海洋涡流、湍流与紫外辐射等作用下, 破坏了其本身的结构, 进而裂解形成的微小颗粒[10]

Eriksen等利用数据校准的漂浮物扩散海洋学模型估算, 在全球近海、大洋、深海和极地海洋表面大约有5.25万亿个塑料颗粒漂浮, 总重达2.7×105[11], 经代谢活动, 微塑料最终会进入水生生物体内并富集在组织内[12-13]。海洋中微塑料主要源于陆源塑料垃圾输入与海上塑料垃圾的分解[14-15]。陆源塑料垃圾的输入是海洋中塑料污染的主要来源之一, 包括人类生活中有意或者无意丢弃的塑料废弃物, 被暴风雨冲到海边的陆地上; 化妆品中的磨砂膏、牙膏以及服装中的微塑料颗粒等, 这些微塑料颗粒在污水处理过程中由于颗粒小而难以去除, 从而会进入海洋[14]。船舶运输和海上养殖捕捞等过程中塑料制品的使用、老化和过往船舶向海洋丢弃塑料废弃物等都会导致塑料产品进入海洋[16]

1.3 微塑料主要分类

据研究, 常见的微塑料按其成分划分主要有聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯与聚酰胺等[17], 如表 1所示。

1.4 海洋生态系统中微塑料分布特征

海洋生态系统中的塑料碎片可以在风力、河流与洋流等物理外力作用下进行迁移[9], 其分布特征受粒子密度、水源位置和洋流输送的影响显著[19]。当前, 大型塑料碎片和微塑料垃圾存在于全球海洋环境中, 有些甚至出现在两极附近海域[20], 主要包括东太平洋[21]、南太平洋[22]、北太平洋[23]、北大西洋[24]与印度洋[25], 其中, 太平洋受污染尤为严重[26-27], 且由于洋流原因, 大洋中漂浮的塑料垃圾主要汇集于全球5个主要的大洋环流中心[28]

我国近海海域塑料垃圾污染也已相当严重, 在表层海水、海滩以及近海沉积物中都已监测到微塑料[29]。沉积物中的微塑料丰度往往高于水体中的丰度, 虽然塑料的密度往往比水轻, 但是由于风力、水动力条件和生物富集等因素的作用, 水体中的微塑料会沉降到海底[30]。目前, 研究人员主要对我国长江口、渤海海域、东海近岸、黄海海域、南海、椒江、瓯江和岷江江口等区域进行了微塑料污染调查[29, 31-35]。在渤海海域, 海滩上微塑料以粒径为0.01~10 mm为主, 其丰度为102.9个/kg[31], 海水中0.000 5~23.5 cm的塑料颗粒含量为0.01~1.23个/m3[32]。在东海海岸, 粒径为0.5~5 mm的微塑料含量为0.167个/m3[29]。在黄海海域, 微塑料粒径为0.5~5 mm, 其丰度为0.33个/m3[33]。对于南海海域, 以粒径为0.02~ 0.30 mm的微塑料为主, 其丰度为2 569个/m3[34]。在椒江、瓯江和闽江粒径为5 μm~333 mm的塑料颗粒含量分别为956个/m3、680个/m3和1 246个/m3[35]。在长江口, 粒径为0.5~5 mm的微塑料丰度为4 137个/ m3[29]。但微塑料的丰度单位尚未标准化且不同的调查采用的方法有区别, 所以以上数据只能相对比较, 相关标准化工作亟待开展[36]。不过, 可以明显的看出长江口附近微塑料丰度较高, 造成此种结果的原因可能是长江口附近的城市中人口密集、经济活动较多。

2 微塑料对海洋环境的影响

密度是影响微塑料最终流向的重要影响因子, 例如聚氯乙烯等高密度的微塑料最有可能沉在海底沉积物中, 而比海水密度低的微塑料(聚丙烯)一般会漂浮在海面, 并逐渐分散在水体中[37]。不管是悬浮在海水中微塑料, 还是沉积到沉积物中的微塑料, 由于其特殊的理化性状, 其污染对海洋环境造成的影响远比其他塑料显著[17]

2.1 微塑料对海水水质的影响

塑料制品在生产过程中会使用各种化学添加剂, 这些塑料垃圾进入海洋后会逐渐破碎, 从而对海水水质造成一定的影响[17]。此外, 大量的微塑料漂浮在海洋表面、悬浮在各层海水中, 因塑料对太阳光有遮挡作用和反射作用, 进而导致光线在海水中的传递受阻, 最终对藻类的光合作用造成抑制效应, 并对其他生物的生存、生长造成间接干扰[17, 38]。例如, Mao等将小球藻暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境中, 结果发现, 随着聚苯乙烯浓度的增加, 小球藻的光合作用降低, 这归因于微塑料对其造成的物理损伤和氧化应激作用[39]。而且, 藻类能够通过光合作用起到净化海水的作用, 因此, 海洋中藻类的光合作用受到影响会导致水体的自净能力变低, 从而使海水水质受到一定的影响[40-41]

2.2 微塑料对沉积环境的影响

海洋环境中已经发现塑料会堆积在沿海沉积物中, 并在世界各地的海洋沉积物中大量积累[42]。海底塑料碎片的堆积会对海洋生态系统构成潜在威胁。例如, 海底塑料碎片堆积会阻碍上层水和沉积物孔隙水之间的气体交换, 从而导致底栖生物缺氧或由缺氧而影响正常的生态系统功能[43]。而且, 微塑料会富集周围环境中的有机污染物及重金属, 例如, Mato等对日本海滩收集的聚丙烯微塑料样品进行检测, 结果发现, 其样品中含有多氯联苯(PCBs)、滴滴涕(DDT)与壬基酚(NP)等有机污染物[38]; Vedolin等对巴西圣保罗州海岸的19个海滩收集的样品进行检测, 结果发现, 样品中微塑料表面吸附多种重金属[44]。发生在沉积物界面上的氧气和水的扩散与交换因吸附在微塑料表面的物质而被阻碍, 从而对发生在沉积物界面上的生物化学过程造成影响, 进而影响生物地球化学循环, 同时, 这些富集物最终会与微塑料产生联合毒性效应[45]

3 微塑料对海洋生物的影响 3.1 微塑料对海洋动物的影响 3.1.1 微塑料对海洋动物生理状态的影响

微塑料对海洋动物生理的影响主要集中在消化系统、呼吸系统与生殖系统等, 进而对海洋生物的消化、呼吸与繁殖等造成影响, 相关结果在鱼类、贝类、甲壳类动物、棘皮动物等中都有发现, 如表 2所示。

3.1.1.1 消化生理

在消化生理方面, 微塑料可以通过阻断消化道和阻断酶的产生而对水生动物造成伤害[46-47]。在鱼类中, 将斑马鱼(Danio rerio)暴露于不同浓度的聚苯乙烯微塑料后, 结果发现, 微塑料会导致斑马鱼肠道中微生物多样性降低, 变形杆菌和融合细菌等致病菌丰度增加, 进而导致斑马鱼肠道损伤和肠道菌群失调[48]。相似的结果同样在以大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)为实验动物的研究中也有报道, 将其暴露于纳米塑料环境中后, 结果发现, 幼鱼肠道生理呈现病理状态, 肠道中拟杆菌, 变形杆菌和硬毛菌的比例发生了显著变化, 同时拟杆菌和阿利培比斯等潜在致病菌显著增加[49]。对于贝类, 将地中海贻贝(Mytilus galloprovincialis)暴露于一定浓度、不同粒径的聚乙烯微塑料后, 结果发现, 贻贝消化管上皮细胞的形态趋于变薄且其消化道结构发生改变[50]。在甲壳类动物中, Chae等将白虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境中, 结果发现, 其肠道中微生物活性发生改变[51]。此外, 将中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 其肠道菌群组成和多样性发生改变[52]

3.1.1.2 代谢生理

在代谢生理方面, 在鱼类中, 将雄性斑马鱼(D. rerio)暴露于不同浓度的聚苯乙烯微塑料后, 结果发现, 其对斑马鱼肝脏中碳代谢、脂肪酸代谢和氨基酸代谢均有一定的影响, 此研究为了解微塑料对水生生物代谢生理紊乱提供了重要依据[53]。同时, 将斑马鱼(D. rerio)幼鱼暴露于一定浓度、不同粒径的聚苯乙烯微塑料后, 结果显示, 与对照组相比, 多种代谢物的含量在斑马鱼幼鱼体内发生变化, 且造成其代谢物种类的变化与微塑料粒径有关, 这些变化的代谢物集中在碳水化合物、脂肪酸、氨基酸与核酸等。由此可见, 暴露于不同粒径的聚苯乙烯微塑料均能对斑马鱼幼鱼的代谢产生影响, 且不同尺寸微塑料诱导变化的代谢产物也不同[54]。在甲壳类动物中, 将红鳌螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 其肝胰腺和血淋巴中的脂质含量和脂肪酸含量显著下降, 其脂质代谢受影响[55]

3.1.1.3 呼吸作用

在呼吸生理方面, 在鱼类中, 将青鳉鱼(Oryzias latipes)分别暴露于不同浓度聚酯纤维和聚丙烯纤维环境后, 结果发现, 两组暴露组中均发现青鳉鱼鳃弓表面糜烂、鳃丝融合, 造成鳃物理损伤, 可能由于微纤维频繁穿过所致, 同时还发现鱼鳃腔黏液增加。因此, 微纤维与鳃相关结构接触会导致鳃病变, 影响鱼类呼吸[56]。在贝类中, 将欧洲牡蛎(Ostrea edulis)暴露于不同浓度聚乙烯微塑料后, 结果发现, 牡蛎呼吸速率与其暴露浓度有关[57]。相似的结果同样在以贻贝为实验动物的研究中也有报道, Rist等将翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)暴露于聚氯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 贻贝的呼吸速率随着聚氯乙烯浓度的增加而降低, 由此可见, 微塑料对其呼吸率有一定的影响[58]。在甲壳类动物中, 将普通滨蟹(Carcinus maenas)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 其氧气消耗量与聚苯乙烯颗粒暴露量呈现剂量-效应关系[59]

3.1.1.4 生殖效应

在生殖生理方面, 在鱼类中, 将鲈鱼(Perca fluviatilis)仔苗暴露于不同浓度的聚苯乙烯微塑料中, 结果发现, 微塑料会抑制鱼类孵化, 由此可见, 微塑料可对鱼类的生殖造成一定影响[60]。在贝类中, Sussarellu等为了评估聚苯乙烯微塑料对太平洋牡蛎(Pacific oyster)生理的影响, 将牡蛎暴露于一定浓度、不同粒径的聚苯乙烯颗粒溶液后, 结果发现, 经暴露后牡蛎的卵母细胞数、直径与精子速度显著下降, 其幼虫产量和幼虫发育率降低, 由此可见, 聚苯乙烯微塑料颗粒可对牡蛎的生理产生干扰[61]。在甲壳类动物中, 将美洲钩虾(Hyalella azteca)暴露于不同粒径的聚乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 美洲钩虾的繁殖率显著下降[62]。此外, 研究发现将太平洋沙蟹(Emerita analoga)暴露于聚丙烯环境后, 其胚胎发育率受影响[63]。在棘皮动物中, Nobre等评估聚乙烯微塑料对绿海胆(Lytechinus variegatus)胚胎发育的毒性作用, 研究表明, 受聚乙烯微塑料污染的海胆胚胎的发育异常率较对照组显著增加[64]。此外, 将海胆(Paracentrotus lividus)受精卵暴露于聚苯乙烯纳米塑料环境中24 h和48 h后, 其EC50值分别为3.85mg/L和2.61mg/L, 由此可见, 微塑料对海胆幼虫及其卵有一定的毒害作用[65]

综上所述, 微塑料对鱼类、贝类以及其他海洋动物的生理均产生一定的影响。

3.1.2 微塑料对海洋动物行为的影响

微塑料对海洋动物的影响不止是对生理的影响, 对其行为也有一定的影响。

3.1.2.1 摄食行为

众多研究表明, 鱼类、贝类、棘皮动物等均可通过直接或间接的方式摄取微塑料, 且微塑料可对其摄食行为造成一定影响。对于鱼类, 研究者对华南最大红树林湿地采集的鱼类进行实验, 结果发现, 采集的32个鱼类样品中30个样品检测出微塑料的存在。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱鉴定, 主要聚合物为聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚丙烯和玻璃纸, 这些非营养物质不断积累会导致其体内堵塞, 进而减少食物摄取, 引起营养不良, 最终可能导致鱼类数量大大减少[66]。同时, 研究发现, 大多数丰度为0.2~17.2个/g, 粒径小于5 mm的微塑料会影响鱼类摄食, 降低摄食率, 严重则导致鱼类死亡[67]。例如, Mattsson等将黑鲫(Carassius carassius)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 经暴露后其特定时间内摄食时间延长一倍, 其原因可能是摄食微塑料导致能量储备降低[68]。在贝类中, 近岸贝类如牡蛎、贻贝与人类生活密切相关, 其软体组织含有微塑料将随着饮食进入人体, 对人类健康造成潜在威胁[69]。研究者为了调查聚苯乙烯微塑料对紫贻贝(Mytilus edulis)摄食行为的影响, 将紫贻贝暴露于不同浓度的聚苯乙烯微塑料后, 结果发现, 紫贻贝滤食速率改变[70]。在甲壳类动物中, 对澳大利亚东部淡水水体中淡水虾(Paratya australiensis)进行取样实验, 结果发现, 36%样品中检测出微塑料存在, 其主要聚合物为纤维[71]。Wang等将日本新糠虾(Neomysis japonica)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 其摄食率降低, 捕食行为减弱[72]。在棘皮动物中, Messinetti等将海胆(P. lividus)幼虫暴露于不同浓度聚苯乙烯微塑料中, 结果发现, 微塑料在海胆消化道中大量积累, 进而影响其摄食率, 最终损害海胆营养物质摄入并造成动物死亡[73]。同时, Kaposi等发现聚乙烯塑料颗粒可降低海胆(Tripneustes gratilla)的摄食率, 从而对其生长造成影响[74]。Mohsen等发现刺参养殖场中普遍存在微塑料, 刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)可以直接摄食微塑料颗粒, 且刺参摄入微塑料颗粒物随水中颗粒物浓度的增加而增加[75]

3.1.2.2 运动行为

将海洋生物暴露于微塑料环境中会影响其运动行为。在鱼类中, 将斑马鱼(D. rerio)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境中, 用DanioVision视频跟踪系统监视其幼虫, 结果发现, 斑马鱼运动行为发生改变[76]。此外, 将斑马鱼(D. rerio)暴露于不同浓度、不同粒径聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 与对照组相比, 斑马鱼幼鱼运动轨迹都有下降的趋势, 在黑暗条件下自由游泳的距离和速度都显著下降, 表明微塑料会对斑马鱼的游泳行为产生影响[54]。由此可见, 聚苯乙烯微塑料暴露对斑马鱼运动行为均有一定的抑制。在贝类中, Bringer等将太平洋牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)暴露于带有荧光标记的微塑料颗粒环境中, 结果发现, 经暴露后与对照组相比, 其最大游泳速度降低[77]。在甲壳类动物中, Gambardella等将丰年虾(Artemia franciscana)暴露于不同浓度聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 经暴露后其游泳速度发生改变[78]。类似的研究成果同样在以日本新糠虾(N. japonica)为实验动物的研究中也有报道, 将其暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境中, 结果发现, 其游泳活动范围和速率总体下降, 经暴露对其运动行为具有负面影响[72]。在棘皮动物中, 将刺参(A. japonicus)暴露于微塑料环境一定时间后, 其短期内运动速度与移动距离无显著改变[79]

3.1.3 微塑料对海洋动物毒性作用的分子机制

在鱼类中, 使用转录组分析技术分析聚苯乙烯微塑料暴露后斑马鱼转录状态, 结果发现, 成年雄性斑马鱼肝脏中共有1 388个基因在暴露后发生变化[53]。Rochman等将青鳉鱼(O. latipes)暴露于聚乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 其体内基因表达发生显著改变[80]。此外, 将斑马鱼(D. rerio)暴露于不同浓度、不同粒径聚苯乙烯处理组中, 发现其Gfap、Shha、Elavl3、Gap43的基因转录水平均显著改变[54]

微塑料还可以导致生物体内产生氧化应激反应。在鱼类中, Qiao等将斑马鱼(D. rerio)暴露于不同浓度的聚苯乙烯微塑料后, 结果发现, 微塑料会导致斑马鱼肠道中出现肠道炎症和氧化应激反应[48]。Paul-Pont等发现将贻贝(M. eduli)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 可导致其氧化应激通路激活[81]。类似的研究结果同样在以丰年虾(A. franciscana)、中华绒螯蟹(E. sinensis)为实验动物的研究中也有所报道, 将其暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 其体内均产生氧化应激反应[78, 82]。由此可见, 微塑料可导致水生生物产生氧化应激反应, 进而对其细胞造成损伤。

微塑料对生物体内的酶活性也有一定影响。Oliveira等发现鰕虎鱼(Pomatoschistus microps)的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH)的活性经微塑料与芘的混合物暴露后会降低, 从而可能会增加鱼类种群死亡率[83]。此外, 将斑马鱼(D. rerio)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 可导致其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性明显增加[84]。在甲壳类动物中, 将丰年虾(A. franciscana)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果显示, 其乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性被显著抑制[85]。Liu等将中华绒螯蟹(E. sinensis)暴露于聚苯乙烯微塑料环境后, 结果发现, 经暴露后其免疫酶活性和免疫相关的基因表达受影响[52]。微塑料还可以导致生物体内某些蛋白表达受影响。研究者将牡蛎(P.oyster)暴露在聚苯乙烯塑料中, 结果发现, 其体内编码胰岛素信号传导的几种蛋白质的转录物mRNA活性降低[57]

3.2 微塑料对海洋植物的影响

作为对海洋生态系统中功能至关重要的生产者, 海洋植物同样受微塑料污染, 其会对整个食物网造成严重的影响, 从而破坏海洋生态系统的稳定[86]。相对于海洋动物, 微塑料对海洋植物的生态毒性研究较少且集中在对藻类生长、叶绿素含量以及光合作用活性等指标的影响[87]。Sjollema等将杜氏藻(Dunaliella tertiolecta)暴露于不同粒径的聚苯乙烯微塑料环境中, 结果显示, 微塑料对其光合作用和生长产生影响, 且小粒径微塑料会导致负面作用的加深[88]。类似的结果同样在以绿藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)、扁藻(Tetraselmis chuii)等为受试生物的研究中也有报道[89-90]。Bhattacharya等研究发现聚苯乙烯纳米球可导致小球藻(Chlorella Scenedesmus)藻细胞中叶绿素a的含量降低, 藻细胞内活性氧的产生增加[91]。此外, 藻类是海洋动物的主要食物, 微塑料与其他污染物聚合可以增加被海洋动物摄食的机会[87]

4 研究展望

微塑料作为一种新型污染物, 不仅对海洋环境产生很大的影响, 而且广泛存在于海洋生物中, 其对海洋生物的影响也备受关注。目前, 虽已开展海洋中微塑料的环境与生物效应相关研究工作, 但有关微塑料的丰度和理化性质、微塑料对海洋水体环境和沉积环境的影响、微塑料对海洋生物以及人类的影响过程与机制亟待进一步揭示。

(1) 微塑料调查与分析方法标准化

目前, 关于各类型微塑料的参数、丰度单位、理化性质等还缺乏系统的研究, 对于其调查、采集与分析方法还没有统一的评估标准, 未来应加强对微塑料的具体参数、理化性质、调查与分析方法等研究, 建立完善的数据库, 开展微塑料的调查、采集与分析方法相关标准化研究工作, 对于更加全面研究微塑料对海洋环境与生物效应具有重要意义。

(2) 微塑料对海洋水体环境与沉积环境的影响

海洋虽对污染物有着巨大的稀释、扩散、氧化等功能, 但当污染物浓度高于它本身的自净能力时, 就会产生一系列的负面影响。因此, 未来应关注微塑料对海水物理、化学与生物指标的影响, 及时评估海洋环境状况, 并科学研究微塑料对海洋水体环境和沉积环境具体指标的影响。

(3) 微塑料对海洋生物的毒性效应

目前, 微塑料对海洋生物毒性效应研究主要集中在对鱼类与贝类生理、行为等的影响, 对其他底栖动物、浮游动物、浮游植物等的研究相对较少, 但因其对海洋生态系统的结构和功能也发挥着重要作用。因此, 在未来的研究中, 需进一步加强微塑料对底栖生物、浮游生物等的影响及其调控途径研究工作。

(4) 微塑料及多种污染物作用对海洋生物的叠加效应

近年来, 国内外重点开展了聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯等常见的微塑料对海洋生物的影响研究, 目前研究主要集中在单一微塑料对海洋生物的毒性效应, 未来研究应该更贴合实际, 关注微塑料与其他污染物复合影响对生物的毒性作用, 同时结合实际区域的环境特点进行综合研究, 这对更加全面地认识微塑料对生物的毒性效应十分重要。

(5) 微塑料对人类健康的影响

微塑料污染已经渗透到几乎所有的生物中, 其对人类的潜在危害可通过食物链传递至人体并产生作用, 目前已有研究证实微塑料可以通过食物进入人体, 但其对人体健康影响的研究还缺乏, 所以未来应加强其对人体健康的影响, 从基因、细胞、组织各层面揭示其影响机制。
