斑石鲷(Oplegnathus punctatus)早期发育的异速生长模式

摘要:
运用实验生态学方法,研究了斑石鲷早期发育阶段的生长规律及重要器官的异速生长模式,测定了斑石鲷仔稚幼鱼(0-70日龄)全长和体重随日龄的变化规律。研究表明,全长、体重与日龄的关系均符合Cubic函数,随日龄的生长曲线表现为S型。斑石鲷全长和体重的生长可分为3个阶段,不同阶段的生长率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。斑石鲷的吻长、口裂、眼径、头长、体高、尾鳍长等重要外部形态学指标均存在异速生长规律,其生长拐点依次为29日龄(体长16.63mm),30日龄(TL15.50mm),22日龄(TL13.17mm),22日龄(TL13.17mm),32日龄(TL19.79mm),32日龄(TL19.79mm)。相对于全长,头长、吻长、口裂在拐点前后由正异速生长变为等速生长;眼径、尾鳍由正异速生长转为负异速生长;而体高在0~70日龄持续为正异速生长,但拐点之后已明显变缓。结果显示斑石鲷通过异速生长策略,确保与其基本生存能力相关的功能器官优先发育,以适应复杂多变的生存环境。该研究揭示了斑石鲷的早期发育特点,并对鱼苗培育具有重要的指导意义。

Allometric Growth Pattern in Spotted Knifejaw (Oplegnathus punctatus) Early Ontogeny

Abstract:
Early ontogenesis of spotted knifejaw (Oplegnathus punctatus) was studied by the method of morphology and morphometrics. The spotted knifejaw was reared at (24±0.3)℃ from hatching to 70 days post hatching(dph). In this study, the total length, body weight and the allometric growth of important organs have been researched. The increase of total length and body weight are consistent with the Cubic function and display an S-curve with tree different stages respectively. The relations between different organs (head, mouth, eyes, fins) and total length exhibited allometric growth patterns with featured inflection points. Around the infection points, the growth characters of head length (with the inflection point of 22dph), rostrum length (29dph) and mouth width (30dph) would change from positive allometry to isometry, while the eye diameter (22dph) and tail fin length (32dph) would alter from positive allometry to negative allometry. The body height (32dph) could keep positive allometic growth during the period of 0~70dph, with the distinct lower growth rate of post-reflection point than that of before. The results indicated that by using allometry strategy, spotted knifejaw can develop the most important organs primarily in order to accommodate to the surroundings and to achieve a higher survival rate.
