GF-3 SAR遥感影像围填海监测方法研究—以大连金州湾为例

摘要:
高分三号(GF-3)是具备高分辨成像能力的全极化合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar, SAR)卫星,其全天时,全天候的成像特点,极大提高覆盖频率,为国家海域使用动态监测提供新的技术手段。依据围填海类型在SAR遥感影像可分性,建立围填海遥感分类系统及相应的围填海类型解译标志,分析SAR图像岸线提取方法,构建围填海监测技术流程。采用几何主动轮廓模型(Geometric Active Contour models, GAC)对GF-3 SAR影像自动提取海岸线,获得围填海专题图。通过外业精度调查验证GF-3 SAR卫星遥感影像可以有效获取围填海信息。

Marine Reclamation Monitoring Approach Research Based on GF-3 SAR Remote Sensing Image:A Case study of Dalian Jinzhou Bay

Abstract:
GF-3 is a high resolution earth observation satellite equipped with the polarimetric synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging sensor. It can produce high-resolution images in all weather and all time, and increase the monitoring frequency of the whole country, which provides a novel technology for national marine dynamic monitoring. According to the separability of reclamation categories in SAR image, it is established that the land reclamation classification system as well as interpret the marks of the corresponding reclamation categories. Besides, coastline extraction approaches applied in SAR imagery are analyzed. And the flowchart of reclamation monitoring is established. Geometric Active Contour model (GAC) is adopted to extract the coastline automatically from the GF-3 SAR image, and make the reclamation change range information into thematic map for the GF-3 SAR image. The field survey demonstrates that GF-3 SAR remote sensing imagery are able to obtain the reclamation information effectively.
