为了解蓝身大斑石斑鱼(Epinephelus tukula)的细胞生物学特征,采用体内注射PHA培养肾细胞法对蓝身大斑石斑鱼染色体核型进行了研究。结果表明,其染色体核型为2n=48t,属于石斑鱼属鱼类典型的高位类中原始类群,是石斑鱼属进化过程中出现较早的物种。 |

To explore the cell biological characters of Epinephelus tukula,we analyzed the karyotype of E. tukula from their renal tissue by the method of PHA and colchicine injection method. The results showed that there were 48 telocentric chromosomes in the diploid and their karyotypic formula was 2n=48t. It can be concluded E. tukula has the representative characteristics of ancestral karyotypic pattern and belongs to the primitive grouper. |
