我国牡蛎产业发展现状、问题与对策 ——基于鲁闽粤桂四省区的实证分析

摘要:
牡蛎在我国水产品养殖中占有重要地位和作用。近年来,我国牡蛎产业稳定发展,但仍然面临着资源环境约束、产业化水平低和“靠天吃饭”等问题,急需建立以生态为基础、以市场为导向、以消费为驱动、以质量为核心的可持续发展模式;建议进一步规范生产布局、推进产业转型升级、加快建立监测预警体系、完善风险保障机制,促进牡蛎产业健康稳定和可持续发展。

The Status, Problems and Countermeasure of Oyster Industry in China ——Based on the An Empirical Analysis of Shandong Fujian and Guangdong Guangxi provinces

Abstract:
Oyster plays an important role in aquaculture industry in China.In recent years, the oyster industry developed stably, but there were still some problems such as the constraints of resource and environmental, the low level of industrialization. It is urgent to establish new developing model with ecology-based, market-oriented, consumption-driven and the quality cored. So some countermeasures were recommended including regulating the production layout, promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading, accelerating the establishment of monitoring and early warning system and improving the risk safeguard mechanism to promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of the industry.
