防腐高效溶样罐-ICP-MS测定海洋生物体中微量元素

摘要:
采用防腐高效溶样罐对2种国内海洋生物标准物质进行了两种方法的前处理,进而应用电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)分别测试了其包括稀土在内的33个微量元素。实验结果表明,除个别元素外,测试结果均与标准值相符合,且方法1处理的生物样品测试结果更稳定,更准确。使用防腐高效溶样罐优化了样品处理的消解方法,能有效去除有机基体,使ICP-MS充分发挥了优势。具有操作简单、速度快、成本低、试剂用量少、样品不易污染、安全可靠等优点,在生物消解中效果与微波消解相当。

Determination of trace elements in marine organisms by anticorrosive and efficient digestion bomb - ICP-MS method

Abstract:
2 kinds of Oceanic biological reference materials were treated by two methods using anticorrosive and efficient digestion bomb, then inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to test 33 trace elements including rare earth elements. The test results are consistent with the recommend values except for individual elements and the results of the method 1 is more stable and more accurate than the method 2. This digestion bomb can optimize the sample digestion method and remove the organic matrix effectively, which makes full use of ICP-MS. This method has simple operation, fast speed, low cost, less reagent consumption, less contamination, safety and reliability. The effect of biological digestion is as well as that of microwave digestion.
