2017年厦门港叶绿素的时空分布及其与水环境因子关系的多元分析

于2017年全年通过水质自动在线监测对厦门港海域的叶绿素及水温、溶解氧、pH值、盐度等水环境因子进行了实时监测分析,并基于多元分析研究了叶绿素含量时空分布与主要水环境因子之间的相关性。结果表明,厦门港叶绿素含量年平均值为3.89±7.76mg/m3,最大值为163.00 mg/m3,出现在同安湾(夏季);叶绿素含量具有北岸大于南岸的平面分布特点和夏秋季高、冬春季低的季节变化特点。一年中出现两次与浮游植物繁盛期一致的叶绿素含量高值,分别为夏季(7月,10.34mg/m3)和冬季(2月,7.00mg/m3)。叶绿素含量存在显著的昼夜变化规律,并在不同季节表现为不同的节律:春季叶绿素含量正午最高;夏季和秋季在白天降低,中午达到最低值,最高值出现在夜间;冬季叶绿素含量白天上升,夜晚降低。在聚类分析和Pearson相关性分析的基础上,通过逐步回归建立了叶绿素含量与水环境因子的多元线性模型,得到了与叶绿素含量关系最密切的环境因子是溶解氧饱和度和水温。

Temporal and Spatial Distribution of Chlorophyll and Its Relationship with Water Environment Factors Based on Multivariate Analysis in Xiamen Bay in 2017

Abstract:
Monitoring of the chlorophyll, water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH value and salinity of Xiamen Bay were conducted in 2017. The spatial and temporal distribution of the chlorophyll was investigated, and the correlation between the chlorophyll content and main water environmental factors were studied based on multivariate analysis. The results show that the annual average chlorophyll content of Xiamen Bay is 3.89±7.76mg/m3, and the maximum value is 163.00 mg/m3 which occursin Tongan Bay (Summer); the chlorophyll content has the spatial distribution characteristics that the content in north coast ishigher than that in the south coast, and seasonal changecharacteristicsthat the content in Summer and Autumn is higher than that in Winter and Spring. There were two high levels of chlorophyll in the year, which were consistent with the proliferation period of phytoplankton respectivelyin Summer (July, 10.34 mg/m3) and in Winter (February, 7.00 mg/m3). In addition, the chlorophyll content has a strong diurnal variation pattern and varies with seasons that the chlorophyll content in Spring is the highest at noon; in Summer and Autumn itdecreases during the day, reaches the lowest value at noon, and the highest value occurs at night; in Winter, it rises during the day and decreases at night. Based on the cluster analysis and Pearson correlation analysis, a multivariate linear model of chlorophyll content and water environmental factors was established by stepwise regression. The factors most closely related to chlorophyll content were dissolved oxygen saturation and water temperature.
