| 为探究在哈维氏弧菌感染下,泥蚶(Tegillarca granosa)抗性性状的遗传参数,通过哈维氏弧菌浸泡感染的方法,对22个泥蚶家系进行人工感染实验,采用三种遗传评定模型对泥蚶生长性状与抗性性状的遗传参数进行评估。实验结束时,泥蚶的死亡率接近70%,家系间的存活率存在显著差异(6.7%~60%)。结果显示,抗性性状遗传力范围为0.17±0.05~0.20±0.07,属于中低遗传力。利用Person和Sperman相关对各家系育种值进行相关性分析,3种模型估算的相关系数范围为0.953~0.998,呈极显著的正相关,说明3种模型在泥蚶抗性性状遗传参数的估算能力相似。生长性状与抗性性状之间表型相关和遗传相关分别为-0.069~-0.111和-0.412~-0.545,均表现为不显著的负相关(P>0.05)。上述结果表明,泥蚶抗性性状属于中低遗传力性状,适合采用家系选育的方式对该性状进行选育。两性状间的遗传相关性没有显著性差异,表明生长性状和抗性性状在育种中可分别选育。该项研究补充了泥蚶抗哈维氏弧菌遗传参数的相关性内容,为选育泥蚶抗哈维氏弧菌优良品系提供了参考。 |

| In order to explore the genetic parameters of resistance traits of Tegillarca granosa under infection by Vibrio Harveyi, artificial infection experiments were carried out on 22 T. granosa families by means of immersion infection with V. Harveyi. Three genetic assessment models were used to evaluate the genetic parameters of growth traits and resistance traits of T. granosa.At the end of the experiment, the mortality rate of T. granosa was close to 70%, and there was significant difference in survival rate between families (6.7% ~ 60%). The results showed that the range of heritability of resistance traits ranged from 0.17±0.05 to 0.20±0.07, which belonged to low and medium heritability. Person and Sperman correlation were used to conduct correlation analysis of breeding values of each line. The correlation coefficients estimated by the three models ranged from 0.953 to 0.998, showing a very significant positive correlation, indicating that the three models had similar ability to estimate genetic parameters of resistance traits.The phenotypic and genetic correlations between growth traits and resistance traits were -0.069~-0.111 and -0.412~-0.545, respectively, showing no significant negative correlation (P > 0.05).The above results indicated that the resistance traits of T. granosa belonged to a medium and low heritability trait, which was suitable for breeding by family selection. There was no significant difference in genetic correlation between the two traits, indicating that growth traits and resistance traits can be selected separately in breeding. This study supplemented the correlation content of genetic parameters of resistance to V. Harveyi of T. granosa, and provided a reference for breeding excellent strains of resistance to V. Harveyi of T. granosa. |
