200米以深的深海海域占整个海洋的90%,但长期以来,受技术和设备的限制,科学界对深海的了解十分有限。20世纪以来,随着世界各国对深海研究有了战略性认识的提升,纷纷加大了对潜水器的研制和使用,使得近距离研究深海成为可能,而潜水器具备的多种优势使其在深海生物多样性方面得到广泛的应用。本文简要介绍了世界主要海洋国家潜水器的建设情况,并重点分析了潜水器在深海生境生物多样性中的应用,包括热液系统、冷泉、海山、峡谷和海沟等,以及深海生物多样性保护等几个方面。 |

Deep sea(above 200 meters) makes up 90 percent of the ocean, but knowledge about it has long been limited by technology and equipment. Since the 20th century, with the strategic enhancement of deep-sea research consciousness around the world, the development and use of submersibles have been increased one after another, making it possible to study the deep-sea at close range. And the multiple advantages of submersible make it widely used in deep-sea biodiversity. This paper briefly introduces the construction of the submersible in the world''s major marine countries, and emphatically analyzes the application of the submersible in the deep-sea biodiversity, including hydrothermal system, cold seep, seamount, canyon and trench, as well as the deep-sea biodiversity protection. |
