石花菜是一种可食用红藻,目前,国内外学者对石花菜在降脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎等多方面药理作用的研究中取得了一定的研究成果。本文从石花菜的化学成分、药理作用与市场应用等方面进行了归纳总结,以期为石花菜的进一步研究做理论依据。 |

Gelidium amansii is a kind of edible red algae. At present, scholars at home and abroad have made certain achievements in the research on pharmacological effects of Gelidium amansii on lowering lipids, lowering blood sugar, anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and other aspects. This paper summarized the chemical composition, pharmacological effect and market application of Gelidium amansii in order to provide theoretical basis for the further study. |
