海参皂苷的制备及结构解析研究进展

摘要:
海参皂苷是海参体内的一种次生代谢产物,主要用于抵御捕食者的侵害,具有有效的抗肿瘤、抗帕金森病、免疫调节等作用,应用前景广泛。提取制备海参皂苷是其他研究的基础,而分析结构与活性的关系有助于深入理解其多种生物活性效应产生的原因。本文着重对目前海参皂苷的提取、分离纯化方法及结构分析进行了概述,并对海参皂苷制备方法的优化和结构与生物活性之间的关系进行了分析展望,以期能为相关研究提供参考。

Research Progress on Preparation and Structure Analysis of Sea Cucumber Saponins

Abstract:
Sea cucumber saponins, which are mainly used to defend against predators, are a secondary metabolite in sea cucumbers, possessing the bioactivities of anti-tumor, anti-Parkinson's disease, immune-regulating activities, which have broad application prospects. The extraction and preparation of sea cucumber saponin is the basis of other research and analysis of the relationship between structure and activity are helpful for in-depth understanding of the reasons for multiple biological activity effects. In this manuscript, extraction, separation, purification and structural analysis of sea cucumber saponins in current are summarized. Furthermore, the optimization of preparation of sea cucumber saponins and the relationship between structure and biological activity were prospected in order to provide reference for related research.
