利玛原甲藻(Prorocentrum lima,P. lima)是全球广泛分布的有害赤潮藻类,也是腹泻性贝毒(Diarrhetic Shellfish Toxins,DSTs)的主要产生藻之一,其产生的DSTs给海洋环境、渔业及人类健康带来了严重的危害。研究发现,全球范围内不同P. lima藻株的产毒能力具有显著差异,多种环境因子如营养盐、盐度、光照等因素均会对P. lima的产毒能力产生影响,从而决定了不同区域贝类中DSTs的风险。因此,本文比较分析了全球范围内P. lima的产毒差异,并重点解析了环境因子对其产毒能力的影响,对于全球范围内P. lima产毒能力差异及影响因素形成了较为系统的科学认知,为未来开展P. lima海洋生态学及食品安全研究具有重要的借鉴意义。 |

Research progress on the difference of toxin production and influencing factors of Prorocentrum lima |

Prorocentrum lima (P. lima) is a harmful red tide algae widely distributed all over the world, and it is also one of the major causative algae producing diarrheal shellfish poisoning (DSTs). The DSTs produced by P. lima has posed serious threaten to the marine environment, fishery and human health. It was found that there were significant differences in the toxin-producing capacity of different P. lima strains around the world, and a variety of environmental factors such as nutrients, salinity, light and other factors would affect the toxin-producing capacity of P. lima, which determined the risk of DSTs in shellfish in different regions. Therefore, this paper compared the differences of global P. lima toxin production, especially the influence of environmental factors on DSTs production capacity of these toxic dinoflagellates was deeply analyzed. This review could bring us a clear scientific understanding on the toxin production capacity of P. lima, and be helpful for the future research of P. lima marine ecology, as well as the food safety concerned worldwide. |
