长牡蛎二倍体与三倍体壳形性状对体质量的影响分析

摘要:
为了研究长牡蛎二倍体和三倍体壳体性状对体质量的影响,随机选取养殖20月龄的二倍体和三倍体个体各75个,分别测量它们的壳体性状(壳高、壳长和壳宽)和体质量(全湿重和软体重),并进行多元回归和通径分析。结果显示,二倍体和三倍体的软体重变异系数都最高,绝大多数性状间的相关性达到了显著水平(p<0.05),全湿重和软体重的相关性较高分别为0.866和0.675;多元回归分析结果显示,壳长、壳高和壳宽对二倍体长牡蛎全湿重的影响相当,其中壳高最大,直接作用系数为0.474,对软体重影响最大的是全湿重,直接作用系数高达0.780;壳宽对三倍体长牡蛎全湿重的影响最大,直接作用系数为0.471,壳高和湿重对软体重的直接作用系数分别为0.348和0.367;长牡蛎二倍体和三倍体全湿重和软体重的回归方程分别为:y_1^D=-131.406+〖0.908x〗_1^D+〖1.416x〗_2^D+〖1.889x〗_3^D (r^2=0.757),y_2^D=-1.221+〖0.125x〗_3^D+〖0.132x〗_4^D (r^2=0.766),y_1^T=-65.220+〖0.749x〗_1^T+〖0.759x〗_2^T+〖2.219x〗_3^T (r^2=0.493),y_2^T=-10.937+〖0.118x〗_1^T+〖0.080x〗_2^T+〖0.065x〗_4^T (r^2=0.583),r^2均小于0.85,说明存在对重量性状影响较大的其他因素。本研究为不同倍性长牡蛎的比较研究提供了数据支持。

Correlation and Path Analysis of Quantitative Traits of Diploid and Triploid Crassostrea Gigas

Abstract:
In order to study the effects of shell traits on weight traits of diploid and triploid C. gigas, 75 diploid and triploid oysters aged 20 months were randomly sampled. Shell height, length, width, total wet weight and soft body weight were measured by using correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that coefficient of variation (C.V.) of soft body weight from diploid and triploid was the highest, the correlation between traits reached a significant level (p < 0.05), and the correlation between total wet weight and soft body weight was high, which were 0.866 and 0.675 respectively; The results of multiple regression analysis showed that shell height had the greatest effect on the total wet weight of diploids, with a direct effect coefficient of 0.474, and the greatest effect on the soft weight was the total wet weight, with a direct effect coefficient of 0.780; Shell width had the greatest effect on the total wet weight of triploid, and the direct effect coefficient of shell height and wet weight on soft weight was 0.348 and 0.367, respectively; The regression equations of total wet weight and soft weight of diploid and triploid C. gigas were y_1^D=-131.406+〖0.908x〗_1^D+〖1.416x〗_2^D+〖1.889x〗_3^D (r^2=0.757),y_2^D=-1.221+〖0.125x〗_3^D+〖0.132x〗_4^D (r^2=0.766),y_1^T=-65.220+〖0.749x〗_1^T+〖0.759x〗_2^T+〖2.219x〗_3^T (r^2=0.493),y_2^T=-10.937+〖0.118x〗_1^T+〖0.080x〗_2^T+〖0.065x〗_4^T (r^2=0.583),and R2 are less than 0.85, indicating that there are other factors that have a great impact on weight traits. The above data provide a basis for the comparative study of C. gigas with different ploidy.
