波纹唇鱼♀×鞍带石斑鱼♂杂交子一代胚胎发育

摘要:
本试验旨在通过人工挤取波纹唇鱼(Cheilinus undulatus)♀的卵和鞍带石斑鱼(Epinephelus Lanceolatus)♂的精液,并进行人工混合受精,以观察和描述杂交受精卵胚胎的发育过程及其特征。采用光学显微镜观察并记录各个发育阶段的特征。研究发现,在水温为(27.5±0.5)℃的条件下,波纹唇鱼♀×鞍带石斑鱼♂受精卵直径为(574±31)μm;历时26小时21分钟开始孵化出膜;波纹唇鱼♀×鞍带石斑鱼♂与其他硬骨鱼类胚胎发育特征基本相同,胚胎发育过程可分为受精卵阶段、卵裂阶段、囊胚阶段、原肠胚阶段、神经胚阶段、器官形成阶段和孵化出膜阶段,共7个阶段;波纹唇鱼♀×鞍带石斑鱼♂子一代原肠胚的中晚期与神经胚的早中期高度重合,容易混淆无法区分。研究结果表明,波纹唇鱼♀×鞍带石斑鱼♂子一代胚胎发育时长较长,与直径大小相关的发育时长规律出现偏离,属于特例情况;波纹唇鱼♀×鞍带石斑鱼♂子一代胚胎的发育时长长于父本和母本,显示受到杂交的影响而延长;更接近于父本,表明杂交子一代胚胎发育速度受父本影响较大。

Hybrid Embryonic Development of Female Humphead Wrasse ♀ × Male Giant Grouper ♀

Abstract:
This experiment aimed to artificially extract eggs from female humphead wrasse (Cheilinus undulatus) and sperm from male giant grouper (Epinephelus Lanceolatus), and conduct artificial fertilization to observe and describe the development process and characteristics of hybrid fertilized embryos. The characteristics of each developmental stage were observed and recorded using an optical microscope. The study found that under the condition of water temperature at (27.5±0.5)°C, the diameter of fertilized eggs of female humphead wrasse × male giant grouper was (574±31)μm; it took 26 hours and 21 minutes to start hatching the membrane. The embryonic development characteristics of the hybrid embryos of female humphead wrasse × male giant grouper were basically the same as those of other bony fish species. The embryonic development process was divided into seven stages: fertilized egg stage, cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, neurula stage, organ formation stage, and hatching membrane stage. The mid-late stage of the original intestine embryo of female humphead wrasse × male giant grouper overlapped significantly with the early-middle stage of the neural embryo, making it easy to confuse and distinguish. The study results indicate that the developmental time of the embryos of female humphead wrasse × male giant grouper is longer, deviating from the developmental time pattern related to diameter size, which is a special case. The developmental time of the embryos of female humphead wrasse × male giant grouper is longer than that of the parent species, indicating an extension influenced by hybridization; it is closer to the male parent, suggesting a significant influence of the male parent on the developmental speed.
