| 摘要: |
| 泡沫放射虫多栖于热带海域和大洋环流区。西沙群岛位于热带边缘海,又是受大洋环流影响的区域,所以,这个类群的种类多、数量丰富；一些骨骼结构精细的大型种类均可在此采到。作者已对此地区该类动物的群体种类先行鉴定分类并发表(宿星慧、谭智源,1985)。本文系同一工作的继续。
已知现生的泡沫虫类对水团指示有一定作用,对第四纪地层学的研究有一定参考价值。本文除分类研究外,对种类的数量分布亦作初步探讨,为相关学科的研究与动物志的编写提供基础资料。 |

| THE SPUMELLARIAN RADIOLARIA OF THE XISHA ISLANDS |

| Abstract: |
| The present study was based on the collection from the Xisha Islands by the Institute of Oceanology, Academia Sinica in May, 1975, and by the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology,Academia Sinica in May, 1974, and April, 1975. Ninety five species of spumellarian radiolaria belonging to 10 families and 32 genera, were identified, of which, 45 species are first recorded from the Chinese waters (including 7 new, 2 cf. and 6 indet. ) Type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Oceanology, Academia Sinica. Descriptions of new specis are given below: |
