动物性饵料对脉红螺幼体的吸引性研究

摘要:
提要 本文研究了新鲜和煮熟的动物性饵料对脉红螺浮游幼体的吸引作用。研究发现,脉红螺浮游幼体在4螺层期是食性转换期,且在幼体到达3螺层后期的第1-6天是投放附着基和动物性饵料的最佳时期。研究表明,新鲜和熟双壳贝类肉对脉红螺幼体有明显的吸引力,吸附于新鲜贝肉上的4螺层幼体占吸附幼体总数的48.61%,显著大于3螺层幼体39.59%和2螺层幼体11.80%;脉红螺幼体对新鲜紫贻贝肉的选择比例为33.75%,显著大于菲律宾蛤仔24.08%、中国蛤蜊18.97%和长牡蛎23.19%;脉红螺幼体对新鲜紫贻贝性腺的选择比例为59.38%,显著大于外套膜18.75%、鳃20.31%和闭壳肌1.56%;而熟贝肉中,长牡蛎对幼体的吸引作用显著大于紫贻贝、菲律宾蛤仔、中国蛤蜊、海湾扇贝边粉和空白对照;3螺层后期脉红螺浮游幼体对于新鲜紫贻贝和熟长牡蛎肉有明显的选择性,新鲜紫贻贝和熟长牡蛎肉具有作为脉红螺幼体食性转换期动物性饵料的开发潜力。

The attractive force of animal diets to the larvae of Rapana venosa

Abstract:
This article studied the attractive force of fresh and boiled shellfish tissues to the planktonic larvae of Rapana venosa. The diet transition happens in the four spiral whorls phase of Rapana venosa. The opportune moment to release the adhesive substratum and the animal feeds is during a period of time which is from the 1st to 6th day after larva developing to the later stage of three spiral whorls phase (cultured 25℃). The results showed that 1) fresh and boiled shellfish tissues can attractive the larvae of Rapana venosa. 2) The percentage of four spiral whorls phase larvae of Rapana venosa which attached to fresh shellfish tissues was 48.61% that is significantly higher than three spiral whorls phase larvae with 39.59% and two spiral whorls phase larvae with 11.80%. 3) The preference ratio of larvae to fresh Mytilus edulis was 33.75% which is significantly higher than Ruditapes philippinarum with 24.08%, Mactra chinensis with 18.97% and Crassostrea gigas with 23.19%. 4) The preference ratio of larvae attaching to the gonads of fresh Mytilus edulis was 33.75%, that is significantly higher than the mantle with 18.75%, the gills with 20.31% and the adductor muscles with 1.56%. 5) To the boiled shellfish tissues, compared with Mytilus edulis, Ruditapes philippinarum, Mactra chinensis, skirt powders of Argopecten irradians and the control group, there is an obvious attractive force to the larvae of Rapana venosa from Crassostrea gigas. From the above, the fresh Mytilus edulis and boiled Crassostrea gigas tissues had a significant attractive force to the three spiral whorls phase larvae of Rapana venosa which will be potential animal feeds to the larvae of Rapana venosa during the diet transition phase.
