海水中锌、镉、铅、铜的微分电位溶出分析

摘要:
提出一种简便快速、直接测定海水中锌、镉、铅、铜的微分电位溶出分析方法,海水适宜酸度为(3.0—4.5)×10-3 mol/L HNO3,适宜盐度1.6—31。电解(富集)时间600s时,检出限为0.02 μg/L Zn2+, 0.02 μg/L Cu2+,0.01 μg/L Cd2+,0.006 μg/L Pb2+。在青岛近岸海水中加1.0 μg/L Zn2+,Pb2+,Cu2+和0.5 μg/L Cd2+,测定的相对标准偏差分别为2.9%,3.1%,5.8%和5.1%。应用于近岸海水及中国标准海水中锌、镉、铅、铜的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:
An analytical procedure for the determination of zinc, cadmium, lead and copper in sea water by differential potentiornetric analysis has been established. The salinity and acidity of sea water, plating time and pre-coating method of mercury film were investigated. Sea water could be directly and rapidly analyzed with simple operation and with no any sample treatment. The suitable acidity and salinity of sea water are (3.0 - 4.5) ×10-3mol/L HNO3 and 1.6 - 31.0. The detection limits are 0.02 μg/L Zn2+ and Cu2+, 0.01 μg/L Cd2+ and 0.006 μg/L Pd2+ at 10min of plating time. The relative standard deviations are 2.9%, 3.1%, 5.8% and 5.1% for zinc, cadmium, lead and copper, respectively. It has been applied to the determination of zinc, cadmium, lead and copper in coastal sea water and standard sea water of China with satisfactory results.
