台湾地区湖泊水库悬浮颗粒有机质之碳、氢、氧、氮、硫元素计量分析

摘要:
对台湾地区18个湖泊水库水体中悬浮颗粒有机质(POM)之碳(POC)、氢(POH)、氧(POO)、氮(PON)、硫(POS)和叶绿素a(Chl. a)的含量进行了分析,其中POO乃首度以元素分析仪直接测量。结果为,POC,POH,POO,PON,POS含量分别介于138-8370 μg/L,13.7-926.1 μg/L,31-2623 μg/L,14-1265 μg/L,1.9-49.7 μg/L之间,Chl.a含量则介于0.31-96.75 μg/L之间。POM元素间原子数关系为C/O=3.7,C/N=8.5,C/S=369,H/C=1.4,H/O=5.4,H/N=11,H/S=577,O/N=1.8,O/S=71,N/S=38。将本研究结果配合Redfield系数,推得136CO2+16NO3-+HPO42-+0.5SO42-十85H2O+19H++能量→C136H190O37N16P1S0.5+188?O2

STOICHIOMETRY OF PARTICULATE ORGANIC CARBON, HYDROGEN, OXYGEN, NITROGEN AND SULFUR IN LAKES AND RESERVOIRS IN TAIWAN

Abstract:
Suspended particulate organic matter (POM) from eighteen lakes and reservoirs in Taiwan was collected and analyzed for the first time for particulate organic carbon (POC), hydrogen (POH), oxygen (POO), nitrogen (PON), sulfur (POS) and chlorophyll a (Chl. a). POO was measured directly in contrast to the traditional method of substracting POC, POH and PON from POM. The concentrations of POC, POH, POO, PON, POS and Chl. a range between 138 - 8 370 μg/L, 13.5 - 926.1 μg/L, 31 - 2 623 μg/L, 14 - 1 265 μg/L, 1.9 - 49.7 μg/L and 0.31 - 96.75 μg/L, respectively. The correlations among C/H/O/N/S/Chl. a are C/O = 3.7, C/N = 8.5, C/S = 369, H/C = 1.4, H/O = 5.4, H/N =11, H/S = 577, O/N = 1.8, O/S = 71, N/S = 38 (molar ratios) and C/Chl. a = 106 (by weight). The correlations lead to a stoichiometric model that can be represented as:

The POC/PON and POC/Chl. a ratios are higher than the Redfield ratio (6.6), and the ratio in phytoplankton (35), respectively. The higher values are attributable to a higher proportion of detritus in field samples.
