于1992年9—12月,使用中尺度围隔装置(1.7m3)研究扰动的水体对赤潮浮游植物种类演替的影响。实验结果表明,对富营养化的围隔水体进行扰动可以改变水体中赤潮生物的演替次序,即甲藻和鞭毛藻往往出现在硅藻赤潮之后。本文从另一方面证明,富营养下的相对稳定水体有助于鞭毛藻类赤潮的形成。 |

This experiment was conducted in two 1.7m m3 enclosures in the land-based tanks in the 3rd Institute of Oceanography, SOA, in Xiamen in September—December of 1992. The response of succession of phytoplanktonic bloom was studied with and without disturbance in the water columns, kept eutrophic by moderate enrichments of nitrite, nitrate, phosphate and silicate above the level of these nutrients in Xiamen waters. The results showed that in the unstirred water column algal succession was dominated by diatoms, dinoflagellates and microflagellates in order while the stirred water column underwent a diatom (Nitzschia closterium) bloom (highest peak of 2×104 cells/cm3) till the end of the experiment. The experiment demonstrate again that, with a stable and eutrophicated water column, flagellate bloom or red tide may easily occur. |
