渤海中华哲水蚤摄食的初步研究

摘要:
于1992年8月—1993年6月期间,在渤海进行渔业资源增殖生态基础调查,用大型浮游生物网采取浮游动物样品,从中取出400个消化道内含有食物的中华哲水蚤标本。分析结果表明:中华哲水蚤营浮游植物食性,主要摄食硅藻类(占其食物组成的94.6%),辐射圆筛藻、偏心圆筛藻、未查明的圆筛藻和星脐圆筛藻是它的主要摄食对象,合计占89.2%;此外,也摄食很少量的甲藻类、金藻类和纤毛虫类,它在渤海所摄食的食物类群,季节变化不大,食物类群更替率各季平均为13.7%,4季都以硅藻类为主;所摄食的食物种类有明显的季节变化,食物种类更替率各季平均达50.5%;摄食强度秋季最高,春季居第二位,冬季居第三位,夏季最低,这与环境中圆筛藻属生物量的李节变化趋势相一致;对环境中的饵料浮游植物有明显的选择性,集中摄食其中个体较大而且容易获得的优势种类-圆筛藻;在浮游动物里存在着捕食性种类的摄食强度远高于滤食性种类的现象。

PRIMARY STUDY ON THE FEEDING OF THE BOHAI SEA CALANUS SINICUS

Abstract:
An attempt at marine ranching in the Bohai Sea was recently initiated in China. Investigations into the interspecific relationships and ecological mechanism are necessary to make this attempt successful. Calanus sinicus is a dominant species in the zooplankton of the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea and is an important food for pelagic fishes (especially their fingerlings) over these areas.

Four-hundred Calanus sinicus specimens with food in their alimentary canals were collected in August (Summer, 100 specimens), October (Autumn, 100 specimens) 1992 and February (Winter, 100 specimens) and May - early June (Spring, 100 specimens) 1993, using a vertical haul with a big plankton net (GG 36 mesh, diameter of the net 80 cm, length of the net 260 cm) during the fundamental ecological survey for fishery resource enhancement in the Bohai Sea.

Analysis of the alimentary canal contents of the specimens showed that this species is phytoplanktonivorous, and feeds mainly on diatoms, which occupy 94.6% in its food composition. Coscinodiscus radiatus, Coscinodiscus excentricus, Coscinodiscus sp. and Coscinodiscus asreromphalus are its main prey, occupying 89.2% in its total diet. Although the Calanus sinicus food organism group has certain seasonal variations, it is not very significant. The mean food group replacement rate is only 13.7%. But its food species has clear seasonal changes. The mean food species replacement rate reaches 50.5%. A seasonally decreasing (autumn> spring > winter> summer) pattern of the feeding intensity of Calanus sinicus accords with the seasonal change in the biomass of Coscinodiscus in the environment. Calanus sinicus apparently prefers to feeding on the most dominant and easily available phytoplankton-Coscinodiscus. A notable phenomenon among the zooplankton is that the feeding intensity of predatory species is much higher than that of filter-feeding species.
