于1987–1992年,先后5次进行海湾扇贝人工促熟产卵试验,扇贝均取自大连市长海县海区,为人工养殖越冬的成贝,每次试验所用扇贝个体数量为6000–6200个。用数理统计方法分别拟合5次试验中水温与时间的线性关系F (X),并根据产卵时间X5和性腺发育生物学零度7.8°C,计算产卵时水温F (X)5和达到性腺发育生物学零度的时间X7.8。最后用积温公式分别计算有效积温值,并对试验结果进行统计分析。结果表明,海湾扇贝产卵的有效积温为144.5°C*d,标准差为3.133。 |

Five experiments, aimed at accumulating the maturation of the bay scallop (Argopecten irradians), were carried out during 1987 to 1992. For each of the experiments, 6000 to 6200 cultured adults overwintered in Changhai, Dalian were used, under the controlled conditions in march from the natural water temperature with the temperature risen by 1°C each day. The experiment ended when the scallop spawned heavily.
The data of the five experiments were statistically analyzed with the regression method to determine the linear relationship (F (X)) between temperature and time. Spawning temperature F (X)5 and the initial point X7.8 of the gonad development were calculated based on the spawning time X5 and the biological zero point (t=7.8°C). The value K was determined according to the accumulation formula K=H (T–t).
The analyzed results show that the average spawning effective accumulative temperature was 144.5°C*d, with a standard deviation of 3.133. |
