胶州湾营养盐结构的长期变化及其对生态环境的影响

摘要:
根据1962 年—1998 年81 个航次的调查和历史资料, 讨论了胶州湾营养盐及其结构的长期变化和对生态环境的影响。近40 年来, 胶州湾无机N 和P 浓度分别增加了3.9 倍和1.4 倍, DIN/PO4-P 摩尔比从15.9±6.3 增加到37.8±22.9, SiO3-Si 浓度保持在一个很低的水平。高的DIN/PO4-P 比例和很低的SiO3-Si/PO4-P 比例( 7.6±8.9) 及SiO3-Si/DIN 比例( 0.19 ±0.15) 表明, 胶州湾营养盐结构已经从比较平衡到不平衡。根据化学计量营养盐限制的标准, DIN 和PO4-P 作为胶州湾浮游植物限制因子的可能性已经减少或消失, SiO3-Si 限制已经增加。营养盐结构的变化已经导致大型硅藻的减少和浮游植物优势种组成的变化, 大型硅藻可能趋向于小型化。胶州湾生态系统的这些变化是人类活动影响的直接结果。

LONG-TERM CHANGES IN NUTRIENT STRUCTURE AND ITS INFLUENCES ON ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT IN JIAOZHOU BAY

Abstract:
On the basis of long-term data sets obtained from the 81 investigations undertaken during 1962—1998 and other historical data of Jiaozhou Bay, the patterns of nutrient structure changes are identified. From the 1960s to the 1990s, nutrient concentrations increased by 1.4 times for PO4-P, 4.3times for NO3-N, 4.1 times for NH4-N and 3.9 times for DIN. The mole ratio of DIN to PO4-P increased rapidly from 15.9 ± 6.3 in the 1960s, to 37.8 ± 22.9 in the 1990s. SiO3-Si concentration remained at a low level from the 1980s to the 1990s. The high ratio of DIN to PO4-P and low ratios of SiO3-Si to PO4-P ( 7.6 ± 8.9) and SiO3-Si to DIN ( 0.19 ± 0.15) indicate that the nutrient structure of Jiaozhou Bay has changed from a relatively balanced state to an unbalanced state during the last 40 years. According to the criteria for stoichiometric and probable nutrient limitation, the possibility that DIN and/or PO4-P as limiting factors of Jiaozhou Bay phytoplankton has been lessened or eliminated and that of SiO3-Si limiting has been increased. Such changes in nutrient structure may have led to decrease of large diatoms and a shift of phytoplankton species composition. There is a trend that large diatoms are changed to smaller cells in Jiaozhou Bay. These changes in Jiaozhou Bay ecosystem are a direct result of antropogenic influences.
