南黄海春秋季大型底栖动物分布现状

摘要:
根据2000年10月和2001年3月在121°—125°E、33°—36°N 海域范围内的17个取样站采集的482号采泥样品和546号拖网样品共计272种动物, 经实验室鉴定、称重、计数、计算, 分析研究了南黄海海域大型底栖动物在春季和秋季的分布状况。结果表明, 在272种大型底栖生物中, 多毛类84种, 软体动物76种, 甲壳动物83种, 棘皮动物29种。从分析结果看, 春季和秋季大型底栖生物的栖息密度没有明显的差异, 而生物量却变化很大, 秋季的生物量远高于春季。这与底栖生物在春季繁殖, 多为幼体或低龄个体, 而秋季基本长大成熟有关。与1959—1960年的全国海洋综合调查对南黄海底栖生物的调查结果比较, 表明当前该海域大型底栖生物的分布格局和生态学特点没有根本的改变, 但春季的生物量较1959年低。

DISTRIBUTION OF MACROBENTHOS IN SPRING AND AUTUMN IN THE SOUTHERN YELLOW SEA

Abstract:
This paper presents the results of ecological study of the macrobenthic fauna in the southern Yellow Sea.The materials for study were collected from 17 stations located in 121°—125°E and 33°—36°N, in October 2000 and March 2001. For quantitative analysis, sample collected by 0.1 m2 box corer, 2 successful grabs were regarded as one sample in a station, removing the mud and sand by whirlpool mud remover, filtering the specimens by 0.1 mm sieve, and fixing them by 75% alcohol forsmall ones or 10% formalin for big ones. For qualitative analysis, sample collected by 1.5 m×0.5 m Agassiz trawl, effective trawling for 15 minute, with 2 sea mile/hour speed, fixing the specimens as the quantitative analysis. Biomass was got by weighting the wet specimen with 1/1000 gram precision electric balance. After identification, 272 species of macrobenthos were collected. They belong respectively to Polychaeta, 84 species; Mollusca, 76; Crustacea, 83; Echinodermata, 29. Based upon the analysis of the data obtained during the survey, the distribution of these macrobenthic species and their biomass and density were described and discussed. It can be concluded that: the change of the density of macrobenthos in southern Yellow Sea is not distinct between spring and autumn, while the biomass in autumn ismuch larger than that in spring. Comparing with the benthos research results of“The comprehensive resource investigation of Chinese coastand shallow waters”(1959—1960), and“The benthos research of oil pollution area in South Yellow Sea”(1975—1976) in the area, the distribution pattern and the ecological characteristics of the macrobenthos inhabiting in southern Yellow Sea change indistinctly, but the biomass of spring is lower than that of 1959.
