秋季与春季东、黄海蓝细菌(Synechococcus spp.)生态分布特点

摘要:
2000年10—11月和2001年3—4月对东、黄海海区进行了调查, 采用表面荧光显微镜计数的方法对蓝细菌(聚球菌属, Synechococcus spp.)的丰度、生物量、生态分布特点以及其在浮游植物总生物量中所占百分比进行了研究。结果表明, 秋季蓝细菌的丰度为1.72×104cell/ml,春季为4.83×104cell/ml, 春季是秋季的2.81倍;秋季蓝细菌的生物量为5.07μgC/L,春季为7.25μgC/L,春季是秋季的1.43倍;秋季蓝细菌占浮游植物总生物量的百分比为43.9%,春季为42.4%,两个季节大致相当,但该百分比的水平分布秋季与春季存在明显差别。

Abstract:
The abundance, biomass and character of distribution of Synechococcus in the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea were investigated as well ast he contribution of Synechococcus to the total planktonic biomass in two seasons, autumn (Oct.—Nov., 2000) and spring (Mar.—Apr., 2001). In autumn, the abundance and biomass of Synechococcus were 1.72×104cell/ml and 5.07μgC/L, respectively, and in spring these two value were 4.83×104cell/ml and 7.25μgC/L, respectively. Both of the abundance and the biomass of Synechococcus were higher in spring than in autumn and higher in the East China Sea than in the Yellow Sea. The contributions of Synechococcus to the total planktonic biomass in the two seasons were familiar, with 43.9% in autumn and 42.4% in spring. Both of the biomass of Synechococcus and the contribution of Synechococcus to the total planktonic biomass presented a clear vertical distribution tendency, surface > middle > bottom, except the contribution of Synechococcus to the total planktonic biomass in autumn which had the maximum in the bottom.
