用多元分析法研究泥蚶(Tegillarca granosa)氨基酸地区差异

摘要:
采用贝克曼System6300氨基酸分析仪检测了7个地区泥蚶群体的氨基酸种类及含量,并利用多元分析法对这些群体的氨基酸含量差异进行了比较研究。聚类分析结果表明,7个泥蚶群体中,乐清和韩国群体间的氨基酸含量差异最小,汕头群体与其他6个群体间的氨基酸差异程度最大。通过软件分析,构建3个能反映氨基酸信息的综合性指标——主成分1、主成分2和主成分3,三者的贡献率分别为50.138%、23.332%和15.619%,累计贡献率高达89.089%。

STUDY ON VARIATIONS OF AMINO ACIDS COMPONENT AMONG POPULATIONS OF TEGILLARCA GRANOSA BY MULTIVARIATION ANALYSIS METHODS

Abstract:
With Beckman System 6300, eighteen types of amino acids were determined from seven populations of Tegillarca granosa, being glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, proline, tryptophan, serine, tyrosine, cysteine, methionine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, threonine, lysine, arginine and histidine. We analyzed the distribution and variations of these amino acids in the seven populations with hierarchical cluster and principal component methods. The results of hierarchical cluster analysis showed that the distribution of the amino acids were similar between the populations of Yueqing and Korea, while that in Shantou population have large variation from other populations. Three principal components were constructed, taking 50.14%, 23.33% and 15.62% respectively, for total of 89.09%. The first component contains serine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, histidine, lysine, arginine, glutamic acid and so on, in which aline and lysine were the strongest ones, contributing 92.6% and 93.9% respectively. The second one contains mainly phenylalanine, methionine, cysteine and tyrosine. The third one includes aspartic acid, threonine, proline and glycine. The distribution pattern of the principal components show that the variations in amino acids composition from the seven populations were affected chiefly by phenylalanine, lysine, arginine, glycine, glutamic acid, histidine and tyrosine. At present, this conclusion was made from three-factor analysis. The first factor reflected the economic impact on the samples; the second one represented the reproductive isolation, and the third one indicated area-specific environmental condition, including climate, diets and salinity, etc.
