选取本实验室群体选育的F代一龄幼蟹216只,逐个测定头胸甲长、头胸甲宽、体高、Ⅳ步足长节长、体重等性状,应用通径分析原理计算以形态性状为自变量对体重性状为依
变量的通径系数、决定系数及复相关指数,明确影响中华绒螯蟹一龄幼蟹体重的主要外部形态性状,为中华绒螯蟹选育种提供理论依据和理想的测度指标。结果表明,头胸甲宽对体重的直接作用(0.5984**)最大,对体重的决定程度最高(35.81%),是影响体重的主要因素;体高、Ⅳ步足长节长对体重的直接作用(0.12837, 0.23698**)相对较小,主要通过头胸甲宽的间接作用(0.55280,0.56598)影响体重。所选性状对体重的复相关指数R=0.8955,表明所选性状是影响体重的重点性状。应用逐步回归方法建立以形态性状指标值估计体重的回归方程:y=0.5727X2+0.2284X3+0.3473X4-15.0664。 |

Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis is all important economic species in aquaculture in China. However, development of the aquaculture has been slowed down due to serious germplasm degeneration in recent years. Needed by fine breed selection,the body weight is a direct indicator to productivity. In this paper, the relationship of morphometric attributes to the body weight of the crab was studied. 216 juvenile crabs were selected from F3 of our breed poo1. Morphometric measurement on carapace length(X1), carapace width(X2), carapace height (X3), and IV peraeopod merus length(X4), along with body weight(Y) were taken for correlation in path analysis. Path coefficients (Pi), determination coefficients (di) and correlation index(R2) were ca1culated. Major morphometric attributes that affect the body weight of juvenile crab were determined. The results showed that the corelation coefficient (r) between each X (i.e.X1–X4) and Y varied significantly. The P of X1 showed insignificant direct effect Oil body weight and Was neglected, whereas that of X2 bared strong direct effect(P2=0.5984); X sub>3 and X4 exhibited slight direct effect(P3=0.12837, P4=0.23698) and significant indirect effect (d32=0.55280, d42=0.56598) on Y. The di between X1–X4 and Y have also been computed. The X1 weighted the most to Y ( d 2=35.81%) as the key effective factor, followed in turn by X4 (d4=5.62%), and X3 (d3=1.65%), the least. Value of di is consistent with that of P. High multiple c0rre1ation index (R2: 0.8955) between morphometric X and Y indicated that the selected attributes are practica1y usefu1. The multiple regression equation to get the body weight was established as y=0. 5727X2+0.2284X3+0.3473X4–15.0664. |
