于 2006 年 2 月、5 月、8 月和 11 月四个季度月采用呼吸瓶法现场研究了胶州湾菲律宾蛤仔的呼吸排泄作用。结果表明, 胶州湾菲律宾蛤仔呼吸排泄速率具有明显的季节变化趋势, 春、夏季高于秋、冬季。不同生物学规格的蛤仔呼吸排泄速率具有明显的差异, 单位个体耗氧率、排氨率和排磷率均随着个体大小的增加而增加, 而单位体重的耗氧率、排氨率和排磷率则随着个体大小的增加而降低; 且耗氧率、排氨率和排磷率与软体干重(DW, g/ind)呈异速方程关系, 方程式为: Rx = a×DWb。本实验中, 耗氧率、 排氨率和排磷率的 a 值变化范围分别为 0.20—0.93、 0.29—2.46 和 0.27—0.59; 耗氧率、排氨率和排磷率的 b 值变化范围分别为 0.52—0.83、0.35—0.62 和 0.28—0.88。据估算, 胶州湾滩涂养殖的菲律宾蛤仔通过呼吸排泄作用在夏季将向水体中释放8.28t/d氨氮和0.86t/d无机磷, 以满足浮游植物生长的需要, 在胶州湾生态系统营养循环和能量流动中起着重要的作用。 |

Respiration and excretion of the Manila clam Ruditapes philippinarum were measured in situ in February, May, August, and November, 2006 in the Jiaozhou Bay. The highest rates of oxygen consumption (RO) and ammonia and phosphorus excretion (RN,RP) were found during spring or summer (May and August), and the lowest values were obtained in February and November. Furthermore, RO,RN,RP showed significant positive relationship with clam size. The allometric relationship between RO,RN,RP and dry tissue weight (DW) were established using the formula: Rx = a×DWb. As an important benthic cultured species in the Jiaozhou Bay, R. philippinarum in large-scale aquaculture may play an important role in nutrient cycling and energy flow in the Jiaozhou Bay ecosystem. |
