2009年夏季胶州湾同步调查浮游植物群落结构特征

摘要:
根据2009 年8 月17 日14:00 胶州湾21 个大面站的同步调查资料, 研究了夏季胶州湾浮游植物群落结构特征。共检出浮游植物3 门35 属65 种, 平均细胞丰度为77.2cell/mL, 硅藻在物种数量和细胞丰度上占绝对优势。主要优势种为中肋骨条藻Skeletonema costatum 和大洋角管藻Cerataulina pelagica。夏季胶州湾浮游植物表层细胞丰度的平面分布趋势为北部高于南部, 垂直分布趋势为从表层至底层细胞丰度明显降低。表层浮游植物的Shannon-Wiener 指数和均匀度指数的分布显示胶州湾西北部和南部浮游植物群落结构更加稳定。与环境因子的相关分析表明浮游植物细胞丰度与盐度呈负相关,与硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐呈正相关。

SYNCHRONOUS INVESTIGATION ON PHYTOPLANKTON COMMUNITY OF THE JIAOZHOU BAY IN SUMMER 2009

Abstract:
A synchronous investigation was conducted at 14:00 on 17, August 2009 in the Jiaozhou Bay in 21 grid stations on phytoplankton data. Three classes including 35 genera and 65 species were identified. The average cell abundance was 77.2cell/mL. The abundance and distribution of diatoms determined the total variation of the phytoplankton abundance. The dominant species were Skeletonema costatum and Cerataulina pelagica. The horizontal distribution of phytoplankton cell abundance was higher in the north, lower in the south. The vertical distribution of phytoplankton cell abundance was significantly lower at the surface layer than at the bottom. The horizontal distribution of phytoplankton Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index demonstrated that phytoplanktonic community structure was even and stable in the northwestern and southern parts of the bay. The phytoplankton cell abundance correlated negatively to the salinity, and positively to the nitrate, nitrite, and phosphate.
