斑石鲷(Oplegnathus punctatus)游泳能力研究

摘要:
为阐明深远海养殖良种斑石鲷(Oplegnathus punctatus)游泳能力,筛选最适放养规格,文章以50 g、150 g、250 g、350 g斑石鲷为研究对象,利用鱼类游泳能力及运动消耗检测装置,在水温(24±1)℃条件下,分析了四种规格斑石鲷的续航游泳时间、爆发游泳速度(Uburst)、临界游泳速度(Ucrit)和运动耗氧率(MO2),并计算出单位位移耗能(COT)和最适游泳速度(Uopt)。结果表明,规格和流速均对实验鱼续航游泳时间影响显著(P<0.001,F=25.401,df=1),50 g斑石鲷在60 cm/s流速下续航游泳时间显著小于其它三种规格(P<0.05),在大于60 cm/s流速下,四种规格斑石鲷续航游泳时间均小于30 min;250 g和350 g斑石鲷爆发游泳速度显著高于50 g与150 g(P<0.05);斑石鲷临界游泳速度随体重增加,呈逐渐升高变化趋势,存在显著差异(P<0.05);运动耗氧率与单位位移耗能曲线变化趋势相反;各规格实验鱼间最适游泳速度无显著差别(P>0.05)。以上结果表明,不同规格斑石鲷游泳能力存在显著差异,其中 250 g和350 g 斑石鲷耐流能力显著优于50 g和150 g。综上,斑石鲷在深远海海域进行陆海接力养殖,建议放养250 g以上规格,且养殖海域流速以不超过60 cm/s为宜。

Study on swimming ability of spotted knifejaw (Oplegnathus punctatus)

Abstract:
In order to explore the swimming ability of (Oplegnathus punctatus) and further obtain specification to resist current, the experiment chose four different weights (50 g, 150 g, 250 g and 350 g) as the research objects. the endurance swimming time, explosive swimming speed (U_burst), critical swimming speed (U_crit), and sports oxygen consumption rate (MO_2) were measured by using the fish swimming ability and sports consumption measuring device. According to the above indices, under the condition of water temperature (24 ± 1) ℃, the energy consumption per unit displacement (COT) and the optimum swimming speed (U_opt) were calculated by corresponding formular. The results showed that both specifications and flow velocity had significant effects on the swimming time of experimental fish (P < 0.001, f = 25.401, df = 1). The swimming time of 50 g at the flow velocity of 60 cm / s was significantly less than that of the other three specifications (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the swimming time of four specifications was less than 30 min at the flow velocity of more than 60 cm / s; The swimming speed of 250g and 350g spotted knifejaw was significantly higher than that of 50g and 150g (P < 0.05); In addition, there were significant differences in critical swimming speed among different specifications (P < 0.05);However, the trend of exercise oxygen consumption rate was opposite to that of unit displacement energy consumption curve; There was no significant difference in the optimal swimming speed among different sizes of experimental fish (P > 0.05). Moreover, the correlation analysis result showed that the critical swimming speed and burst swimming speed were significantly positively correlated with the optimal swimming speed (r = 0.781, P < 0.05). In conclusion, the weight of 250 g, 350 g and above were recommended to have an ability of resisting sea current at less than the flow rate of 60cm/s in order to adjust the culture condition in RAS and size in offshore aquaculture, while the 50 g and 150 g not be recommended.
