| 研究旨在筛选岩藻多糖对盾形陀螺珊瑚术后修复促愈合的最优处理条件。以盾形陀螺珊瑚为研究对象,使用50、100、150 mg/L浓度岩藻多糖,分别浸泡10、30、60 min,术后连续浸泡7 d,分别于7、15、30 d取样测定生长指标(净增重、虫黄藻密度、叶绿素a含量)及氧化应激指标(SOD、CAT、GSH、LPO),分析浓度与浸泡时间对促愈合效果的交互影响。结果表明:(1) 100 mg/L组效果最优,100 mg/L浓度下10 min处理后30 d净增重较未处理组显著提升(0.353 ± 0.032 g vs 0.24 ± 0.036 g, P<0.05)。(2) 100 mg/L浓度30 min处理组在15 d时使虫黄藻密度和叶绿素a含量达峰值,显著优于未处理组(P<0.05)。(3) 各处理组7 d时SOD、CAT、GSH均显著低于未处理组(P<0.05),接近术前水平。得出结论认为,100 mg/L浓度下30 min处理组浸泡为岩藻多糖促进盾形陀螺珊瑚术后修复的最优处理条件,其通过调节生长、维持共生体稳定及缓解氧化应激等多重途径发挥作用。研究结果为岩藻多糖在珊瑚修复中的应用提供了理论依据。 |

| Regulatory Effects of Fucoidan at Different Concentrations and Immersion Durations on Postoperative Growth, Symbiont Recovery, and Oxidative Stress in Turbinaria peltata |

| [Objective] This study aimed to screen the optimal treatment conditions of fucoidan for promoting postoperative wound healing in Turbinaria peltata. [Methods] T. peltata fragments were treated with fucoidan at concentrations of 50, 100, and 150 mg/L combined with immersion durations of 10, 30, and 60 min for 7 consecutive days post-surgery. Growth parameters (net weight gain, zooxanthellae density, and chlorophyll a content) and oxidative stress indicators (SOD, CAT, GSH, and LPO) were measured at 7, 15, and 30 d post-treatment. The interactive effects of concentration and immersion time on wound healing were analyzed. [Results] 1. The 100 mg/L group exhibited the optimal effect, with net weight gain at 30 d in the 10 min immersion group under 100 mg/L concentration significantly increased compared to the untreated group (0.353 ± 0.032 g vs 0.24 ± 0.036 g, P<0.05). 2. The 30 min immersion group under 100 mg/L concentration resulted in peak zooxanthellae density and chlorophyll a content at 15 d, significantly outperforming the untreated group (P<0.05). 3. SOD, CAT activities and GSH content in all treatment groups were significantly lower than those in the untreated group at 7 d (P<0.05) and remained closer to pre-operative levels. [Conclusion] The optimal treatment conditions for fucoidan in promoting postoperative wound healing in T. peltata were 100 mg/L combined with 30 min immersion. Fucoidan exerts its effects through multiple pathways, including growth regulation, maintenance of symbiont stability, and alleviation of oxidative stress. This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of fucoidan in coral restoration. |
