中国对虾体内寄生微孢子虫的初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY OF THE PARASITE MICROSPORIDIAN FROM THE CHINESE PRAWN PENAEUS ORIENTALIS
Abstract:
Nosema sp was found in skeletal muscles of the wild prawn Penaeus orientalis from the coastal water of Qingdao. The miorosporidian was studied with the light and the electromicro-scopes. It can be kept alive when storing at - 20℃ and without any damage under the centrifugal force about 10000G for twenty minutes. The prawn was cultured in a cement aquarium over a month without finding any difere-nce in behaviours and feedings from the normal prawns.
