去壳卤虫卵的孵化率及其饲育对虾幼体的试验

摘要:
为了确定去壳卤虫卵的孵化率和判断它们作为对虾幼体饵料的合适性,我们于1986年4—5月份进行了试验。其结果归纳如下:1.采用去壳方法可以提高卤虫卵的孵化率,即去壳卵的孵化率要较未去壳卵高约5—10%;2.用去壳卵或者卤虫无节幼体饲养的对虾幼体都能正常地变态进入仔虾期,两者的发育速度也无区别。

EXPERIMENTS ON THE HATCHING RATE OF DECAPSULATED EGGSOF BRINE SHRIMP (ARTEMIA SAUNA L.) AND THEIR SUITABILITYAS A FOOD FOR REARING PENAEID SHRIMP LARVAE
Abstract:
Experiments to determine the hatching rate of Anemia decapsulated eggs and to assess the suitability of decapsulated ones as a food for rearing penaeid shrimp larvae, were carried out in 1986. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The hatching rate of decapsulated eggs of Anemia can be increased by 5-10%. 2. Penaeid shrimp larvae fed either on Anemia nauplii or on decapsulated eggs can normally metamorphose into post-lavae stage and show no difference in growth.
