红树属植物体中硒的示波极谱法测定

摘要:
本文介绍了用催化示波极谱法测定红树属植物中微量硒的分析方法。并通过条件试验及对红树属植物中微量硒分析的结果中得出,该法具有选择性好、操作简便等优点。

THE DETERMINATION OF SELENIUM IN MANGROVE BY OSCILLOSCOPE POLAROGRAPHY
Abstract:
Determination of Se(Ⅳ) in mangrove plants by Oscilloscope polarography method. This paper describes an analysis of trace selenium in mangrove plants by catalytic oscillo-polarography. The samples of mangrove plants is digested with 1:3 HClO4-HNO3 on a lower temperature hot-plate. In HClO4-Na2SO3-NH4Cl-NH4OH-EDTA-KIO4 system a clear, sensitive and stable Catalytic polarographic wave of Se (Ⅳ) is obtained. Its largest peak potential in differential oscilloscope is -0.85Ⅴ. The peak current of the wave is proportional to the concentration of Se(Ⅳ) in the range of 0.01-0.2μg/25ml, detection limit of 0.2 ppb was obtained. The productivity is over 90%.
