白虾人工育苗初步研究

摘要:
本文以实验生态方法对白虾Exopalaemon carinicauda的繁殖习性、胚后幼体发育及人工育苗进行了初步研究。所得结果:(1)我国北方白虾1年内产生两个世代。越冬后的亲虾在春、夏季产 生第1世代,第1世代亲虾夏、秋季产生第2世代。(2)白虾胚后幼体发育到仔虾经过6次蜕皮,即6个幼体期。(3)在打气条件下,以卤虫幼体为饵料进行人 工育苗,从幼体培育到仔虾成活率可达80%左右。

A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF ARTIFICIAL REARING OF JUVENILE EXOPALAEMON CARINICAUDA HOLTHUIS
Abstract:
Exopalaemon carinicauda Holthuis is one of the commercially important shrimp species in shallow waters of China offshore, Whose stocks off Northern China can produce two generations a year. During the seasons of spring and summer gravid female shrimps living through winter produce the first generation which can produce a second one later in the same year. Both generations of female shrimps can spawn repeatedly. Females of body length between 45 mm and 55 mm may spawn 1000-3000 eggs attaching to the spawners abdominal appendages after spawning. The larval metamorphoses developing into juvenile shrimps would go through six times of moults, i.e. six different larval stages in about 15-23 calendar days to develop into juvenile shrimps at water temperature 22-26℃. The survival rate from incubation to juvenile shrimps fed with brine shrimp larvae reach 80% under aeration.
