褐藻酸苄酯的合成与表征

摘要:
以氧化银为催化剂,于室温下使褐藻酸与氯苄在DMF中反应,合成了褐藻酸苄酯,并用IR,1H-NMR,GPC,UV,TG,DTA对其结构进行表征。试验表明,合成的褐藻酸苄酯可溶于甲酰胺,乙二醇、丙二醇和水,在二甲基甲酰胺中可被溶胀。

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF BENZYL ALGINATE
Abstract:
Alginate is a hydrophilic natural polysaccharide from brown seaweed with a wide application. Owing to the increasing interest in introducing the gydrophobic group into the slginate molecule, alginic acid and benzyl chloride were Let to react in DMF with silver oxide as catalyst at room temperature to synthesize benzyl alginate, which was characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, GPC, UV, TG, and DTA. Solubility measurement shows synthesized benzyl alginate was soluble in formamide, glycol, propylene glycol, and water ,and swellen in DMF.
