基于虚拟仪器技术的海洋移动气象观测系统

摘要:
介绍一种自主研发的、基于Labview虚拟仪器技术的海洋移动气象观测系统,它可广泛用于各种舰船、海洋移动平台上,能够有效地去除安装平台的移动给风参数测量造成的影响,从而给出真风速、真风向、温度、湿度、气压、安装平台移动轨迹、速度等参数,并能够实时地显示相关参数的随时间的变化趋势,为海洋气象的研究及预报工作提供真实有效的原始数据分析资料。

Mobile ocean meteorological observation system based on virtual instrumentation
Abstract:
A mobile meteorological observation system was developed based on NI virtual instrumentation, which can be used in ships or any other mobile offshore platforms to measure real wind velocity and monitor some other meteorological parameters simultaneously, and has been applied in ocean research. It took advantage of inherent multithreading technology provided by parallel data flow programming architecture of NI LabVIEW to implement parallel access to various data acquistition devices through serial ports, and integrated software, hardware, peripheral devices and PC very effectively to raise the developing efficiency and improve the measurement. For the sake of equipment compatibiligy, the system was designed to support NMEA 0183 communication standard. Any GPS, compass, meteorological equipments compatible with NMEA 1083 can, therefore, be connected as data input device into the system. Besides real time data logging function, the system can also display the real time trend of measurements, and is therefore of great assistance for ocean meteorological research and weather forecast.
