毛蚶血浆中抗菌蛋白的纯化及抗菌活性研究

摘要:
采用硫酸铵分级盐析、SephadexG-25柱脱盐和Bio-gelP-10柱层析等方法,从毛蚶(Scapharca subcrenata)血浆中分离纯化出了抗菌作用较强的蛋白组分。结果表明,该抗菌蛋白组分对供试革兰氏阳性细菌即金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、枯草杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和四联微球菌(Micrococcus tetragenus)具有较强的抑菌活性,而对供试革兰氏阴性细菌即大肠杆菌(Esch

Purification of antimicrobial protein from plasma of the mussel Scapharca subcrenata and its antimicrobial activity
Abstract:
The antimicrobialp rotein from plasma of the mussel Scapharca subcrenata was purified by ammonium sulphatep recipitation and column chromatography on Sephadex G-25 and Bio-gel P- IO. The inhibitory spectrum showed that the protein had a strong inhibiting activity against the Gram-positive bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Micrococcus tetragenus, but it had no inhibiting activity to the Gram-negative bacteria of Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The protein also had some inhibitory efects on the hyphal growth of fungi such as Fusarium oxysporum, Alternaria tenuis, Botrytis cinerea, Aspergillus niger. It was found that the protein was thermostable and insensitive to proteinase K and trypsin.
