皱纹盘鲍基因型与环境互作的初步研究

摘要:
以11个皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannaiIno)家系为材料分别在12,16和20℃养殖40d,方差分析的结果表明温度和家系的相互作用对壳长增长率存在显著影响(P<0.05)。采用线性回归模式对皱纹盘鲍基因型与环境温度互作数据进行分析,得出了不同基因型的壳长增长率对环境温度的响应模式和对环境温度的灵敏度程度上所表现的序关系。

Genotype-environment interaction of growth in Haliotis discus hannaiIno
Abstract:
11 families of Haliotis discus hannaiIno were reared at 12, 16 and 20℃ for 40 days. The interaction between genotype and temperature effecting on growth rate of shell length was investig ated by analysis of variance. The result showed that the interaction was significant (P< 0.05) between the genotype and temperature. A further study showed the order of sensitivity of genotypes. In addition, the response pattern of growth rate was discussed.
