极大螺旋藻胞内多糖对体外肿瘤细胞抑制作用的实验研究

摘要:
研究了极大螺旋藻(Spirulina maxima)胞内多糖对SMMC7721等肿瘤细胞系的生长及凋亡的影响。在体外培养条件下,用半抑制浓度(80,5 mg/L)的极大螺旋藻胞内多糖(IPSⅠ,IPSⅡ)处理肿瘤细胞,并用MTT,SRB,DNA ladder,AnnexinⅤ等方法测定。结果表明,IPSⅠ(80 mg/L)对SMMC7721,A549,HeLa,U251等肿瘤细胞系抑制率分别为64.97%、46.1%、43.3%、27.02%;IPSⅡ(5 mg/L)能诱导SMMC7721细胞凋亡。

Effect of polysaccharides from Spirulina maxima on the growth of human tumor cell lines
Abstract:
We observed the effect of inopolysaccharide of Spirulina maxima(IPS) on the growth and apoptosis of SMMC7721, A549, HeLa, U251 tumor cell lines. In vitro, human tumor cells were cultured in IPSⅠand IPSⅡwith concentrations of 80 mg/L and 5 mg/L, the result of which was determined by MTT, SRB cell morphology,annexin Ⅴ apoptosis assay and DNA fragmentation. IPSⅠ(80 mg/L)displayed strong growth inhibitory effects on SMMC7721, A549, HeLa, U251human cancer cell lines with 64.97%, 46.1%, 43.3%, 27.02% of inhibition rate, respectively. IPSⅡ(5 mg/L) inducing the apoptosis of SMMC7721.IPS can significantly restrain the growth of human tumor cell lines and induce apoptosis.
