硒在极大螺旋藻细胞中的分布特点及对生化组成的影响

摘要:
研究了极大螺旋藻(Spirulina maxima)在实验室培养和规模化中试培养条件下,在其培养基中添加20×10-6Na2SeO3后,硒在其细胞中的分布特点及对生化组成的影响。结果 表明,硒在细胞中的质量比可达126.7μg/g(实验室培养),甚至高达606.5μg/g(中试培养),其中主要分布于细胞中的蛋白质中,占总硒的 69.4%(实验室培养),甚至可达94%(中试培养),比对照组增长了33.4%;糖类和脂类中硒仅占小部分,糖类1.4%,脂类2.7%~3.5%。 20×10-6Na2SeO3的存在没有影响极大螺旋藻的生长,生物量反而提高了6.0%;其中糖类提高了49.6%,脂类25.0%,但蛋白质下降了 11.1%。

Character of selenium distribution in Spirulina maxima cells and its effect on contents of major biochemical components
Abstract:
The paper reports on character of selenium distribution in Spirulina maxima cells and its effect on contents of major biochemical components in lab and a large-scale culture when we add 20×10-6 Na2SeO3 into the culture media. The results show that the selenium content of cells is 126.7 μg/g(in lab),even highly reaches 606.5 μg/g(in the large-scale). Selenium is mainly distributed in protein, accounting for 69.4% of the total selenium(in lab), even 94%(in the large-scale), which relatively increases 33.4% compared with the comparison group; Selenium contents of saccharides and lipids are only a fraction of the total selenium, respectively accounting for 1.4% and 2.7%~3.5%. The existence of 20×10-6 selenium does not affect the growth of S. maxima, contrary, increases its biomass(6.0%); Therein, the contents of saccharides and lipids respectively increase(49.6%) and 25.0% respectively, but the content of proteins decreases 11.1%.
