Ca2+、Mg2+对凡纳滨对虾仔虾生存的影响

摘要:
采用静态急性毒性试验的方法,研究了48h内水质中不同的 Ca2+、Mg2+浓度及Ca2+/Mg2+值对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)仔虾存活的影响。结果表明,适宜凡纳滨对虾仔虾生存的Ca2+、Mg2+质量浓度分别为30.41~351mg/L和 8.72~863mg/L;最适Ca2+/Mg2+值范围为0.15~0.67。

Acute toxicity effects of calcium and magnesium on larva of Litopenaeus vannamei
Abstract:
Acute toxicity test(48 h) was used to study the effects of the different concentrations of Ca2+, Mg2+ and Ca2+/Mg2+on survival of larva of Litopenaeus vannamei. The results indicate that larva would survive in better seawater with concentration of Ca2+ 30.41~351 mg/L and Mg2+ 8.72~863 mg/L. When Ca2+/Mg2+ equals 0.15~0.67, the survival rate would rise more than other rates, when the concentration of Ca2++Mg2+ approaches that in the seawater, the mortality of shrimp is the lowest.
