单向流定床床面上水平管道周围流场与切应力分布特性

摘要:
采用简化PIV方法,对悬空比G为0~1.6的单向流定床床面上水平圆柱绕流进行了系统的试验研究。通过对试验资料的分析,给出了圆柱绕流时的流场图和无量纲的床面、横管顶部和横管底部切应力的变化图,讨论了切应力随悬空比、管径、流速和水深的变化趋势。作者的研究成果有利于进一步研究海底管道的冲刷机理和冲刷坑的形成,进而有针对性的进行管道保护,减少管道破坏失效。

The characteristics of the shear stress and flow field around a pipeline on fixed-bed with different gap-ratios in unidirectional flows
Abstract:
A systematic experimenta1 research on the characteristics of the shear stress and flow field around a pipeline on fixed-bed with different gap-ratios in unidirectional flow is discussed. The gap-ratio changed within 0.0≤G≤1.6. The flow velocity field was measured by a particle simple PIV method. Based on the obtained experimental data,the current field and the dimensionless shear stresses of the top and the bottom of the pipeline on the bed were analyzed. The correlations of the shear stresses at these locations with different gap-ratios,diameter of pipeline,the approaching flow velocity and flow depth were also investigated. The findings of the author are helpful to further studying the mechanism and the process of the scour around the pipeline,protecting the pipeline and reducing the damage.
