南冲绳海槽深海沉积物中度嗜盐菌系统进化及多样性分析

摘要:
从南冲绳海槽MD05-2907站位的深海沉积物中分离到40株属于盐单胞菌科(Halomonadaceae)的中度嗜盐菌。耐盐度实验表明有12株最适生长盐度为30,19株为60,9株为100,多数菌在盐度高于150时生长速度迅速下降。有8株菌能产至少一种胞外蛋白酶。

Physiochemical and phylogenetic analysis of moderately halophilic bacteria halomonadaceae in deep-sea sediments of the Southern Okinawa Trough
Abstract:
Forty strains of moderately halophilic Halomonadaceae bacteria were isolated from deep-sea sediments of the Southern Okinawa Trough station MD05-2907. An experiment of salt tolerance showed that 12 isolates grew optimally at salinity 30, 19 isolates at 60, and 9 isolates at 100. Growth rates of most isolates declined rapidly when the salinity was over 150. Extracellular hydrolytic enzyme screening showed that 8 isolates of Halomonadaceae were able to produce proteases.
