中国海洋溢油污染现状及其生态影响研究

摘要:
分析了中国近海溢油污染的现状、污染加剧的背景和原因，着重探讨了海洋溢油污染的生态危害，并提出了防治方法与对策。

Study on the state and ecological effect of spilled oil pollution in Chinese Coastal Waters

Abstract:
With oil import increasing and development of the sea transportation year by year, the accidents of spilled oils take place frequently, which made the pollution of coastal waters more and more serious. In this paper, the background and state of spilled oil pollution in Chinese coastal waters at the beginning of this century are described. The marine ecological damage of spilled oil is also discussed in detail. Some steps and strategies on preventing and controlling the oil pollution at present and in the future are put forward.
