电流梯度法检测海底管线外防腐层完整性

摘要:
应用电流梯度检测技术在滨海条件下进行了牺牲阳极保护下的海底管线外防腐层破损检测，并根据海洋环境的腐蚀特性设计了海底管线防腐涂层现场检测的有效实施方案。结果表明，该技术的检测方案可行，可以通过电流梯度法进行海底管线牺牲阳极和涂层破损检测。

Abstract:
The integrity of subsea pipline outer corrosion resistant coatings was deteted using the current grading method after designing an effective implementation plan according to the special corrosive conditions of the marine environment. It could be concluded from the result that the principle was feasible and the integrity of the sacrificial anode and the coating of subsea pipline could be detected through current grading method.
