在pH8.1~8.3、盐度27.5~29.5 的条件下, 进行了不同温度对管角螺Hemifusus tuba(Gmelin)胚胎发育影响的试验。结果表明, 管角螺的卵子在发育过程中分为正常卵和败育卵; 其胚胎发育过程属直接发生型; 孵化率达80%以上的海水温度范围为22.1~31.2 ℃; 正常发育的胚胎5~9 d 能完全消耗卵囊内的败育卵并变为自身发育的营养物质, 12~18 d 形成稚螺雏形, 29~38 d 胚胎完成发育, 形成稚螺。 |

Abstract: |
Experiments on influence of temperature on the embryo development of Hemifusus tuba were carried out under conditions where pH was int the range of 8.1 to 8.3 and salinity was in the range of 27.5 to 29.5. The eggs of H. tuba developped into normal or agenesis eggs, and its embryonic development belongs to the direct development process. At 22.1 to 31.2℃, the hatching rate of embryo was over 80%.. Normal embryo was able to consume and absorb the nutrition of agenesis eggs in 5 to 9 days; the juvenile appeared in an embryonic form in 12 to 18 days;and the juveniles appeared in 29 to 38 days. |
