锯缘青蟹Scylla serrata黄水病血液病理学分析

摘要:
对患“黄水病”锯缘青蟹(Scylla serrata)血液生理生化指标测定, 结果表明: 与健康蟹相比, 病蟹的蛋白质和脂质代谢存在显著差异, 尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(GREA)含量极显著高于健康蟹, 而甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(CHO)极显著低于健康蟹。病蟹血清蛋白质含量和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷酰转肽酶(GGT)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性皆极显著低于对照组, 血清电解质仅Mg2+极显著高于对照组。反映患黄水病锯缘青蟹的营养物质代谢发生异常, 其抗病力、消化、呼吸、排泄等方面的生理功能受到损害。

Haemolymph pathological analysis on “yellow hemolymph disease” of Scylla serrata
Abstract:
Physiological and biochemical indices were monitored for haemolymph in 30 mud crab, Scylla serrata infected with “yellow hemolymph disease”. Experimental data indicated that the diseased crabs showed very significant difference in protein and lipid metabolism in serum in comparison to the controls. BUN and GREA content of diseased crabs were significant higher than those of the healthy ones, but TG and CHO contents were very significant lower than the controls. The activitives of ALT, AST, GGT and LDH declined significantly. In addition, in all serum electrolytes, only Mg2+ content was very significantly higher in comparison to the controls. These results indicate that the nutrition metabolism of S. serrata infected with “yellow hemolymph disease” is abnormal, causing the damage of digestion, respiration and excretion as well as resistance to disease.
