桑沟湾水体中有机氯农药和多氯联苯的浓度水平及分布特征

摘要:
以气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC/ECD)分析并结合外标法, 定量测定了桑沟湾海域水体中15种有机氯农药和多氯联苯类化合物的含量。结果表明: 桑沟湾海域表层水体中有机氯农药浓度范围为20.34~52.86 ng/L, 底层水中的浓度范围为31.7~58.68 ng/L。该海域水体中共检出有机氯农药6 种, DDTs类化合物是水体中主要的有机氯农药污染物。多氯联苯类在水样中检出5 种, 总浓度范围在11.22~92.43 ng/L 之间。该海域有机氯农药和多氯联苯的分布特征大致呈现东南近岸及中央高, 由湾内向湾外递减的趋势。本方法15 种有机氯农药化合物和多氯联苯的空白加标回收率范围为88.9%~110.1%, 相对标准偏差为2.5%~8.5%; 样品加标回收率为89.4%~115.2%, 相对标准偏差为3.4%~11.3%; 测定线性范围为2.5~250 ng/L, 方法检出限为0.22~1.05 ng/L。

Concentrations and distribution characteristics of organochlorine pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls in seawaters of the Sanggou Bay
Abstract:
Fifteen organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in seawaters of the Sanggou Bay were determined by using quantitative GC/ECD with external standards. The recovery for the blank was in the range 88.9% to 110.1%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.5%~8.5%; the recovery for the samples was in the range 89.4% to 115.2%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.4%~11.3%. The linearity range of the method was 2.5~250 ng/L, and the detection limit was 0.22~1.05 ng/L. Six organochlorine pesticides were detected in seawaters of the Sanggou Bay. The range of ΣOCPs at the surface and bottom water were 20.34~52.86 ng/L and 31.7~58.68 ng/L respectively. Five PCBs were detected with the total concentrations ranging from 11.22 ng/L to 92.43 ng/L The concentrations of OCPs and PCBs were higher in the center and the southeast of Sanggou bay, and were increased from inside to outside of the bay.
