台风对闽江河口湿地土壤甲烷产生潜力的影响研究

摘要:
揭示台风对湿地土壤甲烷产生的影响对全球气候变化研究具有重要意义。采用厌氧培养法对闽江河口芦苇湿地土壤受台风影响下的甲烷产生潜力(J)进行模拟实验。研究结果表明: 受台风的影响,甲烷产生潜力经历了升高—下降—稳定—下降4 个阶段; 花枯落物输入与根、茎、叶枯落物输入后芦苇湿地土壤甲烷产生潜力差异极显著(P<0.01); 台风影响下不同土层甲烷产生潜力大小顺序为J5~10>J0~5>J10~15>J15~20>J20~25>J25~30; 台风对甲烷产生潜力具有明显的促进作用。

Effects of typhoon on methane production potential from the Minjiang River Estuaty wetland soil
Abstract:
It is very important to clarify the effect of typhoon on wetland soil methane production in the research of global climate change. Methane production potential (J) from Phragmites australis wetland soil was measured under the effect of typhoon in the Minjiang River Estuary using the anaerobic incubation measurement method. The whole course of methane production potential variation was consisted of increment, decline, stabilization, and decline. There was significant difference of methane production potential between flower adding and the adding of root, stem, or leaf litters(P<0.01). The order of methane production potential at various soil layers after typhoon were J5~10>J0~5>J10~15>J15~20>J20~25>J25~30. Typhoon significantly enhanced the methane production potential.
