2009年8月对东海PN 断面11个站位进行了综合调查, 对获得的53 个浮游植物样品采用Uterm?hl 方法进行分析, 初步鉴定出浮游植物4 门40 属77 种(不包括未定名种), 其中硅藻28 属54 种,甲藻10 属21 种, 金藻1 属1 种, 蓝藻1 属1 种。调查断面浮游植物的细胞丰度介于0.044×103~113.3×103个/L, 平均值为6.178×103 个/L; 硅藻占浮游植物细胞丰度的比例最大, 介于0.037×103~106.9×103 个/L,平均值为5.855×103 个/L; 其次为甲藻, 细胞丰度介于0.037×103~13.1×103 个/L, 平均值为0.752×103 个/L; 金藻细胞丰度较低, 只在个别站位出现; 蓝藻细胞丰度介于0.037×103~1.148×103 trichomes/L, 平均值为0.305×103 trichomes/L。调查海区浮游植物的生态类型以温带近岸性为主, 优势物种为: 柔弱伪菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia delicatissima)、伏氏海线藻(Thalassionema frauenfeldii)、骨条藻(Skeletonema sp.)、简单裸甲藻(Gymnodinium simplex)、尖刺伪菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia pungens)、圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus spp.)、夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans)、菱形海线藻(Thalassionema nitzschioides)、具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)、原多甲藻(Protoperidinium sp.)、铁氏束毛藻(Trichodesmium thiebautii)和锥状施克里普藻(Scrippsiella trochoidea)。浮游植物细胞丰度总体从近岸到外海呈逐渐降低的趋势, 在近岸的YZ03 站位表层达到最高值113.3×103 个/L, 在YZ12 和YZ13 站位达到34.2×103 个/L 和50.5×103 个/L; 外海的PN05 站位也有细胞丰度高值区出现, 这主要是受黑潮的影响所致。香农-威纳多样性指数和Pielou 均匀度指数在断面中部较高, 而在近岸处较低。 |

Phytoplankton assemblages in PN section of East China Sea in summer |

Abstract: |
Fifty-three water samples were collected from the PN section of East China Sea in August 2009. This paper presented the preliminary study on phytoplankton species composition and assemblage structure by the Uterm?hl method. A total of four phylum and 40 genera including 77 taxa were found. There were 28 Bacillariophyta genera including 54 taxa, 10 Dinophyta genera including 21 taxa, one Chrysophyta genera including one taxon, and one Cyanophyta genera including one taxon. The cell abundance of the phytoplankton ranged from 0.044×103 to 113.2×103 cells/L, with an average of 6.178×103 cells/L; Bacillariophyta contributed most to the total cell abundance, ranging from 0.037×103 to 106.8×103 cells/L, with an average of 5.855×103 cells/L; secondary important group is Dinophyta, with cell abundance ranging from 0.037×103 to 13.067×103 cells/L, with an average of 0.752×103 cells/L; the cell abundance of Chrysophyta was low; the cell abundance of Cyanophyta ranged from 0.037×103 to 1.148×103 trichomes/L. The dominant species were Pseudo-nitzschia delicatissima, Thalassionema frauenfeldii, Skeletonema sp., Gymnodinium simplex, Pseudo-nitzschia pungens, Coscindiscus spp., Noctiluca scintillans, Thalassionema nitzschioides, Paralia sulcata, Protoperidinium sp., Trichodesmium thiebautii, and Scrippsiella trochoidea. The cell abundance of phytoplankton was relatively high in inshore and low in offshore area, at station YZ03,YZ12 and YZ13, the cell abundance reaching 113.2×103 cells/L, 34.2×103 cells/L, and 50.4×103 cells/L. In addition, there was another cell abundance high value area at PN05 station, maybe a result of the Kuroshio Current’s inbreak. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou’s evenness index were higher in the middle stations of the section but lower in inshore part. |
